The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check-in day around 4 pm. We can be a virtual guide for your vacation or be invisible. Additionally, there is a seasonal (May - September) Shuttle to take Guests to the Beach and the popular Barefoot Landing, which has some of the best shops and restaurants around. This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. Trash can be put outside Wednesday afternoon and needs to be brought inside Thursday before the afternoon. If it is left out at any other time, the community will find us up to $250 per infraction.
