Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water. With comfortable beds & an amazing outdoor area complete with a Modpool shipping container pool, separate hot tub, large gas fire pit, outdoor seating, BBQ & outdoor shower.The spaceOur space is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and the National Park entrance.Bedrooms: There are 3 spacious bedrooms to enjoy. There are two large bedrooms each with king beds and a queen bed in the third guest bedroom.Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, both stocked with amenities for your use.Kitchen: A beautifully open space with everything you need to cook meals at home. You will drive on a dirt road for the last very short stretch (about 1 minute). It's accessible.There is plenty of room for parking for up to 6 cars (max). There is a car port with an outlet that supports Level 2 charging to charge your electric car. You must have your own charger. See photos for outlet type.Other things to notePet Friendly: One well-behaved pup allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, which you will pay at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please be aware that it is not fenced and wildlife including coyotes cross regularly through the property.Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.
