If you wish to use the spa, we ask you to follow the honor’s system and cover the cost of propane usage. We have a flat rate of $50per day (+ tax) — it really costs us more, but we feel this is fair in case you don’t use it for the entire day. If it’s not in use, please keep it turned off.To prevent the heater from overheating in extreme desert temperatures, the spa shuts off automatically between 2 am-9 am and will need to be turned back on manually. The spa takes about 3-4 hours to heat up. Please let us know at least ONE day prior to check-in if you would like the spa heated upon your arrival. The heater makes some noise when it is on. Finally, the spa has a small leak, so we leave a hose dripping into it — please do not tamper with it.COWBOY POOL:The cowboy is not heated, but is great for dipping your feet in and enjoying the view!FAMILY & PETSWe are family and dog friendly! Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis and dog owners must agree to our pet rules before we can approve.
