Worst hotel ever don’t suggest it at all

Hotel with good amenities, attentive staff and well located.

If I come to Pristina again I will definitely book here again

設施：新，有牙膏牙刷梳子及一次性拖鞋。有小冰箱裏面有飲料零食，價格同國內差不多。 環境：不錯。我訂的有個小陽台。 衞生：不錯。 服務：好。免費打印文件，還是彩印。房卡丟了，幾秒就補一張。幫忙call a taxi.價格便宜。從酒店到機場15歐。 自助早餐還行，蔬菜汁好喝。 下次還會住這裏。

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The views from our window were amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely. The first receptionist we met was a lovely girl. Check-in was at 2 PM, but we arrived earlier. She knew the room had already been cleaned, so she kindly let us check in early. I hope you all enjoyed the Jaffa cakes during your coffee break! They also have an underground car park. Next to the hotel, there’s a barber shop where my son and I went for a haircut—just 5 euros each. A lovely bunch of guys work there! When I visit Prishtina again, this will definitely be my number one hotel. Thanks again to the receptionist!

Stayed at this new hotel in Pristina , it is nestled within a residential spoon, surrounded by private apartments abd some restaurants . There’s a popular restaurant here that over looks a bit of the neighbourhood , The hotel is extremely comfortable . The city center is a bit of a distance away but there are no brand new hotels such as this one at the city center. The staff are very helpful and are able to provide good recommendations for first time visitors . I would stay here again if I was in Pristina again.

Simple but reasonable. Good breakfast with sufficient choices. Room is not that big but good enough for two persons. Very good front desk staffs and garage parking is convenience. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Prices are very reasonable. Hotel cost is not that expensive during the time of stay.

Conveniently located about a 30-minute drive from the airport, the most straightforward way to reach the hotel is via taxi. While public transport can be challenging to navigate, the local ride-share app, Etaxi, proved incredibly efficient and affordable, costing just €12 for the trip to the hotel. Though the hotel is situated outside the city center, it’s only a 35-minute walk to Mother Theresa Square. However, the walk is not particularly scenic, as it runs alongside busy carriageways. Thankfully, Etaxi offers a quick 12-minute ride to the square for just €2.50. The hotel is nestled in a primarily residential area with several supermarkets and a handful of restaurants nearby. Despite the somewhat subdued surroundings, the hotel itself is a showstopper. From the moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted by plush, comfortable furnishings that exude charm, elegance, and warmth. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly and efficient staff making you feel right at home. The ground floor boasts a lovely lounge area, an outdoor terrace, a stylish restaurant, and a delightful breakfast space. The hotel’s newness is evident in its immaculate design and thoughtful details. An adjoining spa area adds an extra layer of indulgence to the experience. The Suite Experience I was fortunate to stay in one of the hotel’s suites, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides of the room flooded the space with natural light and offered breathtaking views. The suite featured a large, plush bed with an array of pillows and a large-screen TV perfectly positioned for comfort. A spacious seating area with an L-shaped couch, armchair, and an additional TV made the room feel more like a luxurious apartment. Other highlights included a well-equipped work desk, an open wardrobe, and a coffee station complete with a mini-fridge. A thoughtful touch was the fresh fruit plate delivered shortly after check-in. The split bathroom was equally impressive, with a sleek sink at its center, a deep soaking tub, and a separate wet-room shower. Every detail of the room radiated luxury, from the modern décor to the comfortable furnishings. Breakfast Excellence The included breakfast was a standout feature. A generous selection of hot and cold options catered to all tastes, including fresh pastries, breads, fruits, cheeses, and meats, alongside hot dishes such as eggs, sausages, chorizo, and potatoes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the attentive service made the experience even better. Final Thoughts While Prishtina itself has limited attractions, the Mercure Prishtina City makes the trip worthwhile. I’ve already booked a return visit, purely to enjoy this exceptional hotel again. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is a haven of luxury and comfort. Highly recommended!

The most positive point is the kindness of all staff, always helpful and attentive. Excellent Breaksfast with a wide range of options. There is a modern and complete gym at few meters from the hotel. I strongly recommend the Hotel and I would like to return to Pristina during summer time. best regards

Stayed here with partner and friend. This hotel is brand new and was perfect for our stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows meant a great night's sleep. Huge soft towel and complimentary toiletries. Tea and coffee provided in the room. Very tasty and plentiful breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. Although its a bit out of the city centre there are bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and only a few euros for a taxi into the centre

New modern hotel with carefully embodied traditional elements. The food is amazing, I highly recommend its restaurant as a choice for lunch and dinners. They also have options of local dishes with a modern twist. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and attentive.

Auf unserer Reise machten wir (Mann und Frau) hier für 02 Nächte einen Stop. Die Unterkunft haben wir zuerst nach unserem Reisprogramm gesucht und dann mit den vorhanden Bewertungen verglichen. So sind wir hier gelandete. Neben der Tiefgarage und dem 1a Frühstück war der Service super. Für uns die perfekte wahl für Pristina. Nur das Fitnessstudio haben wir nicht gefunden.
