We stayed June 2024, just before the season started so the hotel was fairly quiet. The staff were very helpful, the hotel is immaculately clean, not a thing out of place. My wife had a massage, which she said was very good. Breakfast was a buffet which was plentiful and tasty. We had a salad for lunch, which was nice. Pricing was very reasonable. There is a gym but it is quite small with only a treadmill and multi gym. There is a relax area for over 12 years old, however, it is not enforced, and the waterfall attracts younger children, who were screaming with excitement. This might bother some people, but for us, it was not a problem. The location of the hotel is good, close by to beaches and all restaurants and entertainment. All in all, very nice stay and would recommend it to others.

I stayed at the Siena Palace in June with my mom. The building is new, high standard, not so big, which I personally prefer. The staff is very friendly, nevermind if it’s at the pool bar, the dining room or the reception. The manager was very helpful, had always time and was controlling the standard of the hotel, which was a job great done. And he vas very handsome😁 The only negative aspect was the room cleaning- in our room it was practically non existent. Only the trash bins and the astray were emptied and towels changed, no cleaning at all besides that. No bed making, no vacuuming, no cleaning the balcony, no cleaning of the bathroom. All in all i highly recommend the hotel, it has everything You need and more. I would definitely revisit. Greetings, Sabina Meyer

Hotel mały, rodzinny, położony z dala od imprezowej części miasteczka. W pobliży kilka restauracji ale nigdzie nie zapłacicie kartą!!! Przed hotelem sklep. Do Hotelu nie wolno wnosić napoi i jedzenia. Do plaży spacerem 5-10min. Mnie osobiście bardzo ucieszył fakt, że na plaży została wydzielona strefa dla osób chcących opalić każdy centymetr swojego ciała (jak dojdziecie do plaży to w kierunku białego budynku (który widać na końcu plaży) jakieś 300m od wejścia na plażę (kierują tam znaki). Hotel bardzo czysty. Wystrój bardzo, bardzo kiczowaty, do tego wymieszany z tandetnym wyobrażeniem luksusu. Dekorator wnętrz cofnął się w czasie o jakieś 20lat. Przyjemna strefa basenowa. Siłownia OK. Sauny nie działały. Pokoje standardowe (30m) są wystarczające dla 2 osób ale nie wyobrażam sobie tego żeby tam dostawić jeszcze jedno łóżko! Łazienka mała, czysta, z prysznicem - bardzo ok. Miły personel ale mieliśmy wrażenie, że zastraszony przez starszego siwego człowieka, który robił tylko niepotrzebne zamieszanie. Ci ludzie byli tak "zmusztrowani", że kelnerzy zabierali Ci pusty talerz natychmiast jak odłożyłeś na niego sztućce. Śniadania nudne i przewidywalne - zawsze to samo...(wymiennie parówki lub białe kiełbaski) niestety wszystko zimne. Sytuację ratuje miły pan Kucharz, który na zewnątrz robi omlety, jaja sadzone, naleśniki. Pokoje na 1 piętrze 114-110 mają przygnębiający widok na żagiel przeciwsłoneczny rozpościerający się nad restauracją. Całość to Polski Hotel 3+* ale wiem, że w Bułgarii należy wziąć poprawkę na wszystko dlatego z czystym sumieniem mogę Wam napisać, że nie jest źle! Miasteczko sympatyczne (takie jak nad polskim morzem) - trochę knajp, dyskoteka, dużo barów na plaży otwartych od samego rana do późnego wieczora. Piękne, czyste plaże z białym piaskiem. Długa promenada, którą można spacerować wzdłuż morza. Z punktu widokowego (na końcu promenady) zaobserwujecie delfiny (trochę cierpliwości i w godzinach 17-19). Restauracje - Amelia z kuchnią bułgarską i TIKI bar and grill (niedaleko hotelu) - tu ryby i owoce morza, fajny klimat w Perle (beach bar przy starym białym hotelu na końcu plaży) nareszcie wystrój z naszych czasów :)... w sam raz na popołudniowego drinka.
