Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pratt

We have stayed at this hotel several times while traveling. The facility has gotten a bit “tired” over the years. However, some renovations have been done including updated window coverings. Hoping that more updates are coming. I always check the bathrooms for cleanliness and wear. They get a lot of hard use. This one was fine and clean. Breakfast was ok. The usual. We miss the Cinnabons! And as for the elevator… it sounded that way when we first stayed there 8 years ago! The front seat folks were friendly and helpful at check in and as we checked out.

My family and I were in town for the holidays and I must say "Very Good"! From the "warm hello" when we arrived, to the "safe travels" on checkout. The beds were comfy and the breakfast area was clean and well kept. Would we come back....ABSOLUTELY! Thanks IHG Pratt...until next time!

Beds are amazing!!!! Comfortable mattresses! Pool was clean and warm! Rooms were clean and spacious! Pillows were comfortable and plenty of them on the bed. Staff was friendly and the water and tea and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch!

We stayed at this hotel last night. We were fortunate to get a renovated room, and I was pleased with it, except for the fact the bed was so high. It really was hilarious to try and get into. I’m not sure why the platform under the mattress is so tall. Also, it’s obvious the original bathtub was not replaced. There is a stained/worn area that spans for about 8 x 4”. We are traveling with our dog, and the fee was $75. We are staying in a different Holiday Inn Express tonight and the fee is $25. I’m not sure why there is such a difference. Breakfast was good.

The Mattresses are new and memory foam and comfortable. The rooms are clean and newly furnished. The pool is comfortable and warm. Hot tub felt amazing!!! The jets were so relaxing!!! Staff was friendly and super welcoming!

Amazing staff!!! Rooms were clean and welcoming. The extra amenities in the bathroom were a bonus. They were already there and I didn’t have to go ask or go without. Thanks for preparing and thinking of us during our stay. We truly appreciate it.

Mattresses are comfortable Rooms were clean and welcoming. Front desk staff welcomed us and gave us bottles of water and recognized us as loyalty members- we truly appreciated the room upgrade and amenities.

This Holiday Inn was a Disappointment. In the hotels defense they are under renovations. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast just ok nothing special. One real complaint is we were in town to clean out my parents home we were in this hotel three nights. My son in law needed to do some work for his job and they wanted to charge for the business center. That’s ridiculous when you are a guest.

The beds were comfortable, and their mouth-watering signature cinnamon rolls were available for breakfast. The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. Coffee was good and available 24/7. The rest of the experience, however, was downhill .... * There was MAJOR soap scum build-up on the shower ... NASTY * I was given a hand towel for a bath mat ... interesting .... * Hand towels were worn with threads handing (possibly because they had been used for bathmats??) * I had to coax the shampoo dispenser in the shower to work. * It didn't appear the room had been thoroughly vacuumed - there was a white powdery substance on the floor by the bed. * Toilet paper was the worst quality ever. * Curtains were torn and off the rod. I used the rips to tie them shut with a rubber band, which is all I had with me. * I was there on business, with business attire - a total of 2 hangars available in the closet area * There was an iron but no ironing board. * Outside of the cinnamon rolls, the hot breakfast left a lot to be desired. Most of it looked as though it had been sitting a long time * Breakfast tables were not wiped down - the area was not busy and I still had to pass on 3 tables before I found a clean one. * The elevator sounds as though it won't make it to the next floor I have stayed at this property before, when it was new about 10 years ago or so, and it was a nice property. It appears to have suffered from neglect. To their credit, there appears to be a major renovation underway.
