A very good hotel. This is my first choice when visiting Prato. The staff are very friendly and the service and attitude are great. The rooms are relatively large and the smoking area on the roof is also cooler. It’s perfect for a nice breeze!

Close to Prato train station, this hotel is perfect for visiting Florence. The reception is friendly and professional, the lunch is well managed and good.
However, the room is dated, the bed is very hard, the bathroom is catastrophic and the air conditioning extremely noisy.
To sum up, a very poor quality hotel room in a great location and at an affordable price for the area.

Venuta a Prato per la prima volta perché mi hanno regalato un voucher per una Spa, sono rimasta soli tre giorni. Cortesia e disponibilità di tutto il personale, pronti ad aiutare con suggerimenti e consigli. Pulito e ben funzionale, colazione ben fornita e buonissima. Collegato benissimo.

Very nice hotel for a short stay. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Perfect location as it's just around the corner from the main town square. There was some road noise outside with the windows open, but double glazing and air conditioning meant that wasn't an issue.
