This hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and spacious, with complete bathroom and kitchen equipment, and it is very new and modern, and the living is very comfortable. It is only confirmed with the owner the day before, because the counter staff is not hired by the hotel, we have been using the phone and email to connect with the landlord, Finally, the counter staff did it. In addition, everything was beautiful. It was close to all famous attractions. It was within walking distance. It was also about 5 minutes away from the station. There was an elevator without luggage to take the stairs. Although there was no air conditioning, it was still very cold at night to cover the quilt.

The hotel is in a nice location for getting around Prague, very central to the train station and to the old town both within a ten minute walk. The staff was really helpful when we arrived, even letting us check in early.
The room itself was nice enough although there was no hair dryer or iron which was a little frustrating as I checked this before I arrived to know if I needed to pack either. We had a city view room so it was very very nosey at night and did not have a good night sleep either night we stayed along with the rooms air con not working either we couldn’t open the window too cool down because of the noise.
We had breakfast included which was really nice, it was a breakfast buffet, we didn’t struggle to find anything to eat.

The hotel's location is near to the Central station and offers waking accessibility to most of Prague's sights. Due to its good location, I personally think it offers very good value for money. I arrived late and was able to check in OK. The room is not very big, but decent enough at this price point. I would recommend it if you are looking for a economic option in the centre of Prague.

Breakfast is neat and good. I walked from Prague station. The room was smaller than I thought. I was worried that it would be cold because it was February, but the heating was very good. You can walk to the old town square and the astronomical clock. And I didn't refill the bottle of mineral water at the hotel, so I bought it at the hotel bar and gave it 115 corona per bottle. And I paid 400 Koruna without a fee at a nearby KB ATM with a Treble Wallet card, but I couldn't use cash.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the food is great. The rooms are very small. and charge even for a bottle of water that is in the minibar
In addition to this, they told us in the morning that it would be possible to do a late checkout, then after 10 minutes they told us no and that we would have to pay an extra night if we wanted to stay. And they will give us a discount of 40 dollars. I think that if they make such a mistake they need to absorb it and not cause discomfort on the part of the customer.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended tours and places of interest, as well as a map for reference. The view from the hotel room window during the New Year's Eve celebration plus infront of hotel were the best.

Our stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities.
We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in.
We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests.
The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here.
The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes.
There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too.
Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do.
The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions in Prague like Charles Bridge an

Outstanding
JJAGRUTIWell Accommodating and Courtesy Stay -
During a 3 day visit to Prague me and a friend of mine got our stay at B&B Prague. We are so glad that we had booking with them as they were quite accommodating with all requests, check-in for us was around 3 PM but then as we had early flight we hopped in to see if there is any possibility to have early check in but to our surprise it was fab they arranged room in no time so we had check-in around 10 AM. The property has elevators , a common sitting area to catch up with friends or family, and a dining area and all is well maintained. We had a bit of last moment booking yet the price wasn’t inflated considering the facilities and locality of the stay. It's located close to the city from Prague Airport we reached in 50 min or so by public transport and also it's easy to navigate so not an issue. Breakfast is complimentary but we felt it's more European taste bud oriented than continental one , but nonetheless they had few juice, toast, salads and jams for vegans. for Non Vegetarians there wouldn’t be an issue as such but yea its all the European cuisines. They do have parking facilities around 15-20 Euros per day that needs to be booked at least a day in advance considering the busy season as well ! Personally we didn’t use the paid parking facility as it was the weekend so we went for street parking that’s free which was quite in front of the property and it’s again them who suggested this, so they’re considerate of customers and just not money grabbers. Additional expenses apart from the booking fee we paid is city tax based on the number of days of stay we had. Restrooms are spacious, have basic essentials and good house keeping service as well . We did use their service of borrowing Iron box and board by paying a security deposit a nominal amount which is then paid back upon return. Also they do have laundry service but please do mind they have partnered with an external vendor and is available only over weekdays and not on weekends, so unfortunately we couldn’t use this service. Their staff is available 24/7 at reception so always at our service as required. Overall stay at B&B has been quite pleasant and worth paying price!
JJack1974Staff helpful with maps public transport and areas of interest. Rooms were more than adequate clean & comfortable great selection of toiletries.
JJake.ColeiroNice apartments in convenient location. Very spacious and amenities were great for a short stay, including a kitchenette.
The check in procedure was very complicated. And the instructions provided on the e booking confirmation did not state you need to do a pre-arrival check in. When arriving at the property were not able to check in because this had not been completed. No one answers the properties switch board telephone number after 5:00 pm and the line will automatically cut you off after a couple of minutes on hold.
Also, was able to store luggage at one of their other properties when checking out. When arrived to do so, the receptionist said they cannot store our luggage. I told her that we have an email confirming that we can. Then she replied ” if you can, why are you asking?”. Very rude and unfriendly service.
Great accommodation, but would not return due to the service.
CCheah-QQXYZIt’s a decent hotel, though its location is a bit unusual and can feel quite deserted at night. However, the nearby Strizkov metro station provides convenient access to Prague’s main attractions.
The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. There is also a bar and restaurant in the lobby, which is handy if you’re unsure where to eat nearby. Breakfast was adequate—nothing extraordinary, just a typical Western spread with eggs, bread, juices, and so on. Overall, for the hotel’s price, I would recommend.
BBritish CHEI really think this hotel is very good. The price is not expensive. The location is a bit remote, but the surrounding transportation is very convenient. There are restaurants, shopping malls and bars nearby. There is also a buffet breakfast every morning. The items inside are quite complete and rich. It can be eaten as lunch, and it’s hygienic and so on. Highly recommended.
HHUINot far from Prague Square, there is a market downstairs, there are many stalls, you can buy some small gifts such as fruits, crafts, etc. Some shops can use euros Krona, it does not matter if you do n’t change, you can use a credit card to order tickets and shop very convenient. The hotel is renovated in an apartment building. There is no very conspicuous lobby. You have to ring the bell before you open the door. The elevator is very small after you go in. There are no obvious signs where to check in. The front desk is very welcoming. The translation software communicates with us, but asks if there are any delicious shops near her and will check and draw maps for us. The rooms are large and the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom was overwhelmed by me and I installed it again. ...
Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
AAryUpon arriving early in the morning, we were positively surprised by the hotel's technology. We went to the room and on the day to check in the not very friendly receptionist carried out the process.
The wonderful breakfast with lots of news and offers.
Nice room and served us perfectly
