I stayed in Prague for two nights. The studio apartment was in a great location and easy to find and get into with a digital access code, no external noise so a good night's sleep. The room and bathroom was very clean and had plenty of space for one or two people staying there. I would stay here again

prime location in the city center, pre-check in did not work well, needed to call the local team twice before getting the entrance code.

The room itself was quite nice, it was large and had a kitchen, and the location was great, just a 15-minute walk to Charles Bridge. But the check-in experience was a disaster. First of all, the hotel is located upstairs in a street shopping mall. There is no signage on the facade, making it difficult to find. Second, after Ctrip made the reservation, I couldn't receive the email from the hotel and didn't know the check-in password. If you don't have a local phone number or what's up, you can't contact the hotel and you can't check in. You can only communicate through Ctrip, which is inefficient and you'll wait in vain. Hours. We stayed for two days in a row and there was no cleaning in between.

Excellent location and amenities, can cook since there's a kitchen fully equipped with pan and utensils but we didn't cook.
Was really upset with the check in as there was no one at the reception when we arrived at 8 pm +. This was supposed to be self check in but I didn't receive any information on the room number and door code. The confirmation email and pin code from Trip.com did not work. There is a notice at the reception asking us to call them but this is very inconvenient for tourists. After calling them, the staff claimed that the registeration was incomplete and we spent 30mins filling in some online form which could be done in advance if the hotel emailed us earlier. We only manage to check in after 9pm and couldn't get dinner at many places since they are close. McDonald's and Burger King are nearby for those who encounter the same issue. There is a Christmas market just below the hotel too.
