The room isn't well insulated enough; we all heard arguments and music from the rooms next door. And there was noise from the street downstairs.
The hotel service is excellent, but the service at the rooftop bar isn't up to par.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was simply amazing.
You could eat your meal while looking out over the city of Prague in the morning.
There was a wide variety of bread, sparkling wine, and orange juice that you could squeeze yourself. There was even a chocolate fountain!
The room was spacious and very clean, and the service from the hotel staff was extremely kind and polite.

Hotel was in great location and very clean BUT the reception is shared with a public building where the entrance is shared with the viewing tower at the top of the hotel so guest share the lift with the public and some times there can be 20 people waiting for the lift and the reception area is tiny no where you can sit and wait for taxi or your pick up. Should have separate lift for paying guests. Also some of the security at the door entrance are extremely rude. Rooms where quite big bathrooms where very clean & modern. Photo is at the top of hotel from viewing tower. Guests get free pass for viewing tower. Great choice at breakfast.

Hotel stay was great. Unfortunately, the poor service from Trip.com cast a negative light on the trip. I traveled as a single person and was charged for 2 rooms. Trip.com refused to make a correction.

Overall, I am satisfied. This is a design hotel, so you can't expect too much in terms of functionality. Be careful if you don't like open shower rooms. The hotel has a rich breakfast and the restaurant has a great view.
