Absolutely amazing. Can’t say enough good things

One of the best choice in Prague. Nice and friendly hospitality.

Highly not recommend for staying this hotel when paying high room rates. Worst experience I ever try in 5 stars hotel. No air-conditioning and ventilation in the room, no one reply when I request for change to higher floor room and poor English for the front desk staff. My gf got sick when she staying in the hotel due to worst ventilation and no air-conditioning in the room. Moreover, the hotel can not provide king bed facilities. The hotel uses two twin beds combined as king bed and provide two twin bed blanket for king bed customers.😭😡It is very non sense. When I request for king bed size blanket, no staff can understand what I am asking. Also, when you pay for reservation, the hotel don’t have cancellation refund policy as we know that world known 5 stars brand hotel can refund the charge when cancellation booking before 24hours than your staying. Only pros of the hotel is great environment in the hotel and friendly concierge staff…. Not worth for staying in this hotel for paying 350-400 euro dollars🥲🥲. Very terrible experience.

Nice hotel 🏨

This hotel was renovated from a rich man's house. It's really special and nice. The rooms are very spacious and the ceilings are high. My mom really liked it. The staff is also very friendly!! The location is very close to Charles Bridge, so it was easy to get around. It's a 10-minute walk to the Astronomical Clock.

Service, friendliness, and resolution efforts are all top notch. The location is also top notch.

It is quiet in a bustling city, the room is very large, retaining ancient features, and the courtyard downstairs is leisurely and cozy.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Charles Bridge, and convenient for travel. We booked 3 nights, and on the first day we booked 2 different rooms, both with air conditioning. On the second day we needed to change rooms, and we were moved to the first floor without air conditioning, but the same room type we stayed in the day before had air conditioning. After communicating with the front desk, the manager decisively upgraded us to a suite for free, and also moved 2 pieces of luggage, each weighing 20kg, to the 3rd floor.

The value for money is very average. There is no place to put cosmetics in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient. There is no conditioner. The room is small. The bed is very soft and uncomfortable. It is very average. The location is OK. There is a river right outside the door and it is quite close to the bridge. I just didn't see the room. Super satisfied and unexpected hotel booking The location is excellent, all attractions are within walking distance. The view from the room is great. You can see Prague Castle and Charles Bridge every day when you wake up. All the windows can be opened. In the evening, you can open the windows to enjoy the breeze and watch the sunset fall on the riverside. It’s so beautiful~ I play for a while every day and I have to go back to the room and lie down for a while haha~ Rooms in Europe are not big, and the size of this room is beyond expectations~ The service attitude of the front desk and the butler was superb. They helped me handle all my luggage and explained every item carefully~ This last stop in Europe is a happy ending! I will stay here again when I come to Prague in the future! I will definitely come back!

I seldom comment on hotels, but I have to say that I love Mozart Hotel. First of all, it is by the river in the old town of Prague, and it is only a few steps to the Charles Bridge. When we checked in, the Azerbaijani guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and upgraded us to the lake. The view room also introduces a bunch of scenery of Prague. Every employee will greet us when they see it. The breakfast is 20 Euros including a self-service plus order. It is very rich and much better than the brunch in Vienna. The concierge Allan is a The old gentleman, when I was looking for a restaurant that night, he took me to the garden of the atrium and sat down one by one. Two groups of people came in the middle and asked if we would like a cup of coffee. They made several phone calls because it was a public holiday. All good restaurants are full, and finally he recommended an outdoor restaurant with a lake view where you can see the Charles Bridge up close. Google and TripAdvisor have good reviews. The restaurant opens at 6 o’clock, but we have to go to other places for business at 7 o’clock. He discussed with the restaurant to let it go We went in at 5:45. All in all, everything was very satisfying. If I have the opportunity to go to Prague in the future, I will still live here

If you book a hotel suite, it may be a bit empty and not very cost-effective, but the à la carte breakfast at this hotel is absolutely unbeatable.
