The hotel is not clean. It smells bad. The corridor is dark. Some rooms have damaged wardrobes. We booked five rooms. One of them was relatively bad. After communicating with the front desk, they said we could change rooms. The new key we were given turned out to be occupied. We communicated with the front desk again and changed another room. The bed was facing the toilet. After several room changes, we were not satisfied. The front desk said we could refund through the platform. Moreover, during the room change, there were always women in revealing clothes entering and leaving the room. The hotel elevator does not require a card to enter directly. The next day, we contacted Ctrip and Ctrip said the hotel did not agree to refund.

The location is convenient, it's in a pedestrian zone, so it's easy to get around the old town.
The hotel itself is old, and the rooms are small.
After checking in and entering the room, the toilet didn't work, and there was no water coming out of the tap. I asked the front desk about this, and they told me that the water supply was broken and they were arranging for repairs.

It was a central location and the room was quite clean. The bed was two single beds combined into one king bed, which was not the most comfortable.

This was my first time booking through Trip.com, and even though I requested a twin room with a bathtub, the room I was given was a double bed with a shower.
I immediately returned to the front desk and asked to change the room, but the woman at the front desk, who was in a bad mood from the start, said, "I didn't request that, but I'll change the room for you!"
The new room... only had a shower, was dirty, and there was no view from the window, the TV didn't turn on, and the cups in the sink were so dirty that they were completely unusable.
They did come to fix the TV, but when I went out and came back, it didn't turn on again.
If I had booked through a different hotel site, my request would have been received properly and there would have been no problem, but it made for an unpleasant night on my last day in Prague.
However, I decided to consider myself lucky that I only had to stay one night, as I had originally planned to stay here for four nights.
The breakfast the next morning was delicious and had a wide variety of items, but there are many other good hotels, so I will never stay here again.
