Because check in needs to be in another hotel, plus the trip is heavy, very inconvenient. In addition, the toilet window was not covered and could be seen from the building next door, but after a long time, it was possible to change rooms.

No air conditioning in the room, and if you are staying on the 5th floor it is impossible to use the shower.
Pillows had stains on them and were quite old and flat.

Hotel liegt nahe dem Wenzelsplatz und damit in der Altstadt. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad dort und hatten somit kein Problem mit dem Parken.
Einziger Nachteil: Die Zimmer auf der Straßenseite sind sehr laut.

Propert easy to find, room was more than expected but no A/C just a fan. Purchased breakfast but never received voucher. I would skip this offer. Reception was not informative and would had gone to another.

Decent hotel. Good value for money. Lack of front desk staff and issue as you have to go to a sister hotel for support. Overall, a good hotel..cleaning staff are excellent and polite. Fans provided in each room for extra comfort.

Check in is in another hotel across a very busy rd about 400 yds away. Shower didn't work day for 4 days and reported twice Safe didn't open No water on 9th, resumed in the evening. One pillow per bed and they said they had no more. Noisy room on the 1st floor due to constant beeping of key codes and slamming of doors. Kettle didn't work for 2 days Reception phone no was wrong and we were not given correct no No bar or lounge or any inside seating areas. I asked to move rooms twice and was told it would be possible but I was never contacted. This is in no shape or form a 4 star hotel. Be careful !

Hôtel un peu vieillot qui bien que propre mériterait un rafraichissement. Pas de personnel de réception. Petit déjeuner correct et conséquent . Bouilloire dans les chambres avec Thé et café . Emplacement intéressant avec métro et tram tout près
