Stayed in May 2024. Single room for solo occupancy. Small room but only me so no big deal. Even smaller shower room (and a shower handle that was broken). Very little plug sockets in the room. Had to plug the coffee maker in the bathroom! Some noise in the evenings but no problem if you're not a light sleeper/wear ear plugs. Compared to other hotels in the area, quite cheap.

•Rooms are unbearably hot- no fans or aircon •Uncomfortable beds •Maintenance been carried out early morning so even if you want to try and get some sleep on your uncomfortable bed the chances are extremely slim when all you can hear is the sound of a hammer •Booked a room with a double bed and got given a room with two single beds •In no way is this hotel value for money

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, stanza in ordine e pulita e posizione ottima. La portineria chiude verso sera ma viene detto subito all'arrivo e si viene forniti della chiave per entrare ugualmente, per cui nessun problema.

Esperienza pessima sotto tutti i punti di vista: accoglienza, dotazione delle camere, kit per la toilette. Il bagno era cieco e maleodorante. Unica nota positiva, non di poco conto, la posizione: ideale per raggiungere a piedi qualunque punto del centro città, compresa Malastrana.

I purposedly stayed for 1 day in Prague while coming back to Portugal from a month in Poland. Therefore, I booked a single night in Hotel Koruna. Starting with the pros: Everything was clean and tidy, the receptionist was helpful and nice and the location is really great. Regarding the cons: The room had bad sound isolation and I found it to be very hot (August), the lack of air conditioning made the difference. Overall my experience was nice and I would recommend the Hotel if you are on transit between cities/countries.

(29 e 30 giugno) Peccato perché l'accoglienza era stata molto buona con busta contenente una bella frase di benvenuto, una cartolina e una calamita. Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, posizione ottima vicino al teatro nazionale e alla casa danzante. Zona ricca di locali e con il fiume Moldava a due minuti a piedi. Peccato che ... non fanno colazioni, non funzionava l'aria condizionata (ci hanno dato ventilatore rimasto!) e non aveva telefono per chiamare reception. Insomma, prezzo super ottimo se non cercate nulla di eccezionale anche se le camere e il bagno erano puliti.

I had a booking with Koruna hotel through *********** which clearly stated I was entitled to one free date change if amended before 04/12/23. I did this through *********** however have had a nightmare trying to get this sorted. Koruna hotel were stalling this so it went past the amendment date. They were then ignoring phone calls and emails from *********** and when I tried to call the hotel directly the receptionist was extremely rude, continued to talk over me and then hung up. Shocking customer service!!!
