Saying hello on their behalf was a feat, it almost seemed like they had to do you a favor, room assigned in an attic with a bed on the floor, in the bathroom there was a boiler, not a boiler, a boiler!!! it ran continuously..
Toilet paper thrown behind the toilet without even a roll holder
Stained sheets and pillows, if we want to call them that, very strange
Breakfast with cold or bagged food
The only good thing is that it is in a good area near the metro and the center
In Italy this is a 2 star not a 4 star
Ps if the owner responds to this review like the other customers calling them frustrated he should just be ashamed, instead he should learn from his mistakes and admit that in some cases it is better to keep quiet

I stayed at this hotel when I came to Prague in 2018. The breakfast was simple and it was very quiet at night. It is very convenient to go to Prague Square, Castle and Charles Bridge, and the front desk was also very welcoming.

- breakfast is ok but not enough hot foods.

This is a small hotel with basic amenities. There was no coffee or kettle in the rooms, but we did find out just before the end of our stay that there was a kettle and instant coffee/tea in the common room. Communicating that when we asked would have been helpful.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, but I was a little disturbed to find small ants exploring near the walls.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti per il rapporto prezzo/offerta.
Camere molto pulite e abbastanza moderne.
Posizione ideale.
Colazione ok anche se in una sezione un po’ buia.
Unica nota negativa lo staff della reception, poco gentile e comunicativo.

Albergo posizionato bene si raggiunge il centro con i mezzi. Problemino nella mia camera , appena sono arrivata nel tardo pomeriggio mi siedo sul letto e sprofonda riscontro la rottura di piu doghe, segnalo il tutto giu con foto domani risolvo. Giorno dopo alla sera il problema c'era ancora, scendo giù altra persona gli rappresento il problema è che doveva essere già risolto si mette le mani nei capelli e mi dice non ho camere libere adesso domani provvediamo nel frattempo ho segnalato tutto all'Agenzia di viaggi che ha provveduto a segnalare la cosa che loro a loro volta rispondevano che il tutto verrà risolto domani scusandosi... Pensate che sia risolto? NO... Ha sistemato le doghe il ragazzo che rifà le camere facendogli presente la cosa visto che era nella mia camera a rifarla. Menefreghismo assoluto..insomma 3gg con il letto rotto(ho dormito dall'altra parte era matrimoniale ) 2 problema in bagno c'è una caldaia grossa non so se è collegata con qualche altra camera..ma se la usano ti svegli ... magari altre camere non c'è questo problema.. io ero al 2 piano (che per me è il 1 visto che è sopra la reception) ...allego le foto

L'hotel è semplice ma carino. Diciamo che 4 stelle in Italia è ben altro , però era pulito e il bagno era grande e con la vasca da bagno. Il doccino però era rotto e spruzzava acqua ovunque. I ragazzi alla reception erano gentili e disponibili. La colazione non è stata granché: tortine confezionate e brioche fredde. La parte salata non l'ho assaggiata. La posizione è molto buona. A due passi dall'hotel ci sono tram e metropolitana, ma il centro è ad un paio di km a piedi, noi non abbiamo utilizzato i mezzi pubblici. Ci siamo trovate comunque bene e ci torneremmo senza problemi. Praga poi è bellissima❤️
