Habitaciones muy espaciosas, buena atención del personal y desayuno perfecto, mucha variedad y todo muy bueno. Ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos caminando del Castillo de Praga y a 15 de la Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda!

Golden Key Prague Castle: boutique hotel Abbiamo acquistato il soggiorno presso questo hotel dal 25 al 29/11. Siamo arrivate a Praga e successivamente in hotel alle ore 21/21.30. premetto che non mi è stato chiesto nulla a proposito dell' orario di arrivo e che, come anche indicato da una vetrofania sulla porta della reception, avrei dovuto trovare aperto per il check in. Ma non è stato così. Abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza e solo dopo aver spiegato il problema ci hanno fornito via wathsapp le indicazioni per aprire la Key box dove ho trovato la scheda. Salite in camera, l'amara sorpresa: stanza in soffitta, angusta e disadorna, letto appoggiato lateralmente alla parete per mancanza spazio che mi costringeva a salire dal fondo e gattonare al mio posto. Già al nostro arrivo il lavandino risultava otturato e inutilizzabile. Dopo ripetute richieste, solo alla fine del secondo giorno la receptionist è salita con prodotto chimico e acqua calda per risolvere il problema. Le pulizie non sono mai state fatte se non in modo frettoloso e superficiale in bagno (doccia a parte!), il letto aggiustato e non rifatto, le lenzuola nonostante 4 notti, mai cambiate. Bene gli asciugamani. Avevamo diritto ad una stanza superior o de luxe. Alle nostre rimostranze la receptionist ha asserito di averci assegnato una "superior" (forse intendeva l'ubicazione???). Non oso immaginare una de luxe o standard come poteva essere..... Cmq dalle foto è possibile fare un confronto con quelle pubblicate dall'albergo stesso Mi dispiace che Voyage privee faccia le spese per la mancanza di correttezza delle strutture che seleziona. Forse sarebbe il caso che stabilisse la regola che le camere assegnate siano quelle che propongono, per salvaguardare il proprio nome. Le precedenti esperienze sono state all'altezza delle proposte.

They do not joke when saying it has the perfect location. Most major sights were within walking distance. The room was super comfortable, nicely warm and had everything necessary. Brekafast was delicious too so we absolutely recommend. A great place to stay at!

Good situation , a walking distance from the old town , just near the castle and the beautiful Hradcany area . We had a pleasant stay , friendly people , a good breakfast with a large choice . tHe room and the bed were comfortable , and we were offered a bottle of red wine on our arrival .

Excellent hotel, ideally placed just up from Charles Bridge and minutes from the tram. We had room 7 which had a beautiful high wooden ceiling painted in greens and browns linking it back to the hotels origins a many centuries ago. The reception team had emailed me details of which trolley bus, metro and tram to take from the airport which meant it was a really easy trip in to the city and back to the airport again. We had a very warm welcome from the receptionist on Saturday evening and had a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival as was celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was warm, bathroom spotless and complete with L’occitane toiletries. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety from the full English to the continental, gluten free and dairy free options also available. Lots of little bars and shops nearby. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and the team.

Ottima posizione, vicino al castello e al ponte san Carlo . Camere molto eleganti, letto comodo. Molto buona la colazione e il servizio efficiente. Disponibilità di custodia dei bagagli prima e dopo Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio

Xmas in Prague.
Beautiful building, welcoming and very helpful staff. Breakfast choices were lovely and plentiful every day. Location spot-on, central to all places of interest. Felt at home very quickly..always a good sign. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable 3 night stay
We had a junior suite which was very decently accommodated (room 13). Plenty of space and a very good sized bathroom/wc as well. Service and check in were pretty faultless and the hotel is also very well positioned for most of the major attractions in Prague. Only issues were that we found the lighting in the bedroom to be a bit on the dim side. The only other area which I think could be improved is the breakfast. While there's a really good choice of cold food stuffs and good coffee/tea making facilities, the hot food in the steamer was somewhat lacking - rather poor quality, anemic looking frankfurter sausages - and the supply of hot food would sometimes run out. On our first morning we arrived just after 9.30 and there was almost no bacon left and the beans were finished. We asked for the latter to be replenished, although got the impression this wouldn't have happened automatically given that breakfast service ended at 10.00am. Also, the heater wasn't particularly efficient at keeping food warm. Given the cost of rooms at the hotel I would have expected eggs that eggs would have been available to order from the kitchen. All told, a very good experience overall, with some potential for improvement. I'm unsure as to whether we would stay at the Golden Key again, although we found the staff to be friendly whenever we met them.

Beautiful hotel, kind personell
Very pleasant stay, our room was big and comfortable, the whole hotel is both clasic and modern, the location is great. The whole area is a little expensive but you can reach all best tourist attractions on foot!
