Wenceslas Square Hotel - Czech Leading Hotels

The location is very good, but I visited in October and the windows didn't close well so it was very cold ㅠㅠ I told the info but the building was so old,, there wasn't much they could do, and the hot water didn't come out if you left it on for too long so it was very difficult to wash, there were a lot of spider webs and no elevator,, I recommend it to those who want to feel a bit of an old European atmosphere,,

I wouldn't say it is a four star, we were able to enjoy two totally different rooms since we were a group and they had nothing to do with each other. The truth is that I don't know how to value it but the only thing I can say is that I imagined something else and it surprised me quite a bit.

We checked into the hotel from Friday to Monday for Easter. Completely different apartments were planned in Prague, but for some reason we were informed that we would not be able to use them and offered to find something ourselves and they would make us ANOTHER reservation. Because It's the holidays that prices have gone up. After reading such wonderful reviews! We fell for this Bla-Blah...But when we arrived and saw what they offered us - for such inadequate money, I was simply shocked. This was already the 3rd hotel on this trip! The room is under a roof, the size of the room including the bathroom is no more than 10 m and, moreover, with a sloping roof. Number 63! That's horrible ! Immediately after such a culture shock (shabby furniture from the 70s), we went to change our room. But as they say, they changed the awl for soap. Number 53 turned out to be a little larger, on the other side - on a very active road (round the clock). With a window at the floor no more than 40 cm and on the ceiling. That is, there is no appearance at all from the word AT ALL! Because of this placement, the mood turned out to be disgusting. We were told that there are no more rooms at all! By the way, none of these rooms are shown in the hotel photo. The whole problem started at night. The walls are probably cardboard - it sounds terrible! Everything that happens in the toilet, what they talk about from both sides and how they walk over your head.... Simply Fantastic! All plumbing with cracks - toilet/washbasin/tiles.... Who is walking along the corridor and what is yelling at night + noise from the road! Simply “super”! The hotel is - for a moment - 4 stars. Breakfast was not included in our price. We left early in the morning and returned at 10 pm. There is no cleaning during the day! (When you came to the room around 15, nothing was cleaned). We had a very big program. They only came to spend the night. The pillow is very thick and large and a soft mattress - you fall into it. In this hotel, all guests simply need to be given earplugs right away! On the plus side - * sociable staff - they will tell you everything. *Location *bonus card (with discounts) *welcome drink on the terrace with a wonderful view and an excellent bartender!

- There are no parking facilities at the hotel. -Access to the hotel is totally narrow, as there are also vehicles parked. So be careful. -Reception only spoke a little German -Room windows couldn't be opened. -Scream all night right there on a very busy street. -Air conditioning was in the room so very noisy. -TV didn't work either, cable connected incorrectly. -WALAN worked smoothly -Bathroom fitting suspension loose. -Bathroom dirty -mattress good -Equipment outdated - After consultation with reception, there was also a parking space in the neighboring building. However, only for EUR 20.00 in cash and is only suitable for small vehicles, as the courtyard passage is not suitable. There is a restaurant downstairs in the building, but the food was good. However, the outside area leaves a lot to be desired. It was room 56 Conclusion: not worth the money
