This place was nice enough, and in a great location, but outrageously overpriced. We stayed in what is billed as the premium room, on the top floor, for two nights, just after Christmas, and the price was 21.500 CZK (equivalent to $892), due in cash. Perhaps that is the going rate for a premium hotel room in a desirable part of a popular European city during the holidays. Ok. But this was not luxurious. Basically all furnishings were cheapo. The shower drain was clogged, so a shower soon meant wading in ankle-deep, dirty water, and was not repaired until our visit was nearly over. The vanity faucet was so loose it wobbled from side to side. That took even longer to get repaired, and the repair was very half-hearted. These may seem like minor gripes, but for almost $450/night, I think there is a reasonable expectation of everything being really nice and working properly. In positive notes, the staff were quite friendly.

The location of the property is amazing, 5-10 mins to Charles bridge and old town square with the astronomical clock.
I was able to check in early and leave my luggage at reception after check out which was great. I stayed in the Economy triple room which was spacious but there wasn't much light.
There was an AC which worked great for heating (as I visited in October).
There was some wear and tear and the room looked a bit tired.

Lovely apartment very close to the Old quarter and lots of choices for restaurants. The apartment was quiet and clean and very spacious.

Location is excellent. Literally 2 minute walk into the old square. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Room was very spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend Dolce Vita Suites.

great place to stay in Prague old town.
location is good. old town square, a lot of restaurants/bars, supermarket, metro, are all in 10 minutes walking distance.
room is clean and spacious for two people. washroom is a bit narrow and small. this little hotel is very well managed. no doubt they are highly rated in many travel portals. receptionists are all very polite and helpful. I would stay again for the high price/quality ratio.
