Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben tenuto. Sistema di check-in completamente automatizzato, ma semplice e e molto comodo. Appartamento ideale per visitare la città senza trovarsi proprio in centro (raggiungibile comunque con 10-15 min di passeggiata o con 4 fermate di tram).

Professional and courteous, everyone was friendly.
We had to shop for extra toilet paper and paper towels. Also dishwasher tabs. We didn't have enough for a two week stay.
We had asked for more and we did get more laundry tabs but no toilet paper or paper towels. Maybe this is normal?
Not a big deal. Lots of options for shopping and prices are reasonable.
Loved the apartment and the area. The trams, metro, trains etc. Are all amazing and cheap. Seniors travel free!
Overall, an excellent vacation!

We truly love the place. All the information for our check in was sent on time, and we could get in easily after a long trip. The place is beautiful, clean and in good location. Also we had a great communication when we request a late check out. I will recommend this place and will go back for sure.

Muy bien alojamiento. Muchisimo espacio y muchas facilidades (lavadora, plancha, cocina equipada). Bien cominicado y con muchos restaurantes en las proximidades. Como punto negativo el check in/out es complejo

We arrived in Prague on the 24th November until 1st December and enjoyed the last two days of our trip in the amazing atmosphere of the Christmas Market. Our whole trip was very enjoyable and was so lucky with the weather. Our apartment was so nice, clean warm and comfortable. Our host was amazing and made our stay very easy. The communication from start to the end of our trip, can only be described as excellent. Mykhaylo Kolesnyk was so very helpful and responded to any questions we asked immediately. I would highly recommend the apartments that was only a short walk to a tram stop, (number 17), which will take you into the city with only a short walk to the famous Charles Bridge, and a few minutes stroll into the main square where you will find a tourist information office with all the information to get the best from your trip.. Restaurants, coffee shops and much much more in every direction. Our trip started with a comfortable apartment and the city experience was a delight..
