Receptionist behaviour is not and did not provide any shower jel in the toilet and also no AC in the room along with did not provide Fan So, it was very difficult to sleep with weather temperature 26 degree most worst hotel in my last 4 trips

This was second time staying in this hotel with previously good experience.
However the hot weather made it not so satisfactory as the aircon didn’t work.

Room 610 with the ceiling too low because the attic is sloping and therefore uncomfortable. The bed sucks because of the 10 cm mattress without a base underneath but on a rigid chipboard panel (unbelievable). Nice bathroom but broken soap dispenser. Fridge in the room non-existent and the chest of drawers in the wardrobe was missing. Breakfast all in all good for someone like me who eats stones when hungry. Elevator too noisy up to the sixth floor. In short for 85 euros a day there is no way I would go back and they can also avoid answering me with the clichés "thanks for the comment and we are sorry that you had a good time..." which is a joke for those who have already paid like me. Ps the only good thing was that I met Olivia a beautiful tourist from Berlin who was staying there.

Blah. Rooms dirty. Staff, without knowing that we were listening, told us not to come back. There was always at least one thing broken in the room. Breakfast was dry, not much choice. Very difficult to sleep because of the loud siren noises. One bed was just a couch.

The rooms here are small and basic but very clean. There is no view, no balcony but a bed to rest in and a bathroom. For a budget break it was perfect. Breakfast was continental style but there were plenty of options fruit, cereal,cakes,salad and hot food. 5 min walk from the subway stop and trams running through. Staff were very helpful and spoke perfect English.
