We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. There was some maintenance work going on the first day. Then, the heating system did not work well in our room. The staff changed a room for us the next morning. Then, everything started to go wonderful. Clean and comfortable room, nice services, and very good breakfast. Will use again next time when visit Prague.

Booked 2 bookings at the hotel, but when I actually went to stay, there was only 1 booking. The staff did not check carefully and did not inform in advance. I had to check in again, but I could not stay because there was no booking. I still could not contact trip.com easily and quickly. The staff canceled the old booking, refunded the money, and took responsibility for paying for the new booking.
