⭐️ I went to check in at around 11am I thought I had to check-in at 2pm but she let me in. Moreover, in the morning when I was checked-out she offered me that I can leave my luggage here in your room then come to get it after. It’s made me feel very happy with this hotel ❤️❗️

YYingyingmoThe original Chalis old house was transformed into a hotel and a B&B. It has a beautiful appearance. We were assigned to the first floor. The room was compact and the bathroom was even smaller. The location is good. It is a busy area. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the subway entrance.

DDeanFantastic experience. Couldn't have been happier for my 1st time in Sydney. Room have a great view of Sydney Harbour including the bridge and opera house. Breakfast was great. Lots to see and do around the hotel and a metro stop at the entrance of the hotel

Answer my phone call when I was late check-in, the guy was very polite.
Reception - very friendly and helpful show me around.
Location - convenience at King Cross with 2 supermarkets, food shop, shopping centre.
Friendly roommates with all women.
Other backpackers are very respectful. No noise after midnight.

Checking in after hours was a bit difficult and I needed to call a number and go through quite a bit of stuff to get the access code but once I was in there the room was a decent size and clean and nice. I’d stay here again because of the location.

GGuest UserI loved my stay at this hostel. I met great people, the room was super comfy, very quiet. The kitchen + living room are super spacious, it's really nice here! Location is perfect, just a 15min walk from the botanical gardens + a view on the opera house. And a 2 min walk from Kingscross train station, from which you can take a train to most parts of the city + outside of Syndey. Lovely! If you stay in Sydney, I would 100% recommend London Plane Backpackers.

GGuest UserIt was good location and nice staff.
Only at night during the stay, there was a ridiculous sounds coming from the pipe or wall? Like a machine buffler at 11pm onwards. Thats not nice and disturbing guests who are sleeping. Every night it was consistent like first night was at 11pm then second night was at 11:30pm. Second night was bit creepy hearing other room looks like knocking our room asking if were doing something making that noise. But never open the room. It was room 25 and in 3rd floor. Hope it will be fix as soon for the next guests. Maybe it just pipe problem. So far staff are accomodating and very clean room. Thank you.
