The size of the room is similar, but there are too many beds and a lot of space is taken up. There is no water heater in the room. You have to go to the front desk to borrow water for boiling water, not to borrow a water heater. The breakfast is not as rich as it is said on the Internet.

The staff at the restaurant/at breakfast was unfortunately more concerned that the guest - goes back in time (at the entry I was told I would come 10 minutes before breakfast end. I shouldn't just say later that I wouldn't have known) - or not disturbed (my husband wanted lunch and there was no staff who took him. Therefore he placed himself on a unreserved table. The staff came and thought he was making everything wrong and couldn't sit there. Why and how he does it right, it was not just answered nicely. He may stay alone). A third not so nice experience: At request of the business center deposited on Trip.com to work on the laptop, my husband should pay 100 euros for 1 day - it was probably confused with a meeting room. Due to an error in the reservation system, there was no room available upon arrival (despite written confirmation of the reservation number). As the hotel was full, the front desk arranged another hotel for us. Although the situation is not satisfactory, we thank you for your kind and active support.

I had asked the accommodation whether I needed to reserve a parking space. Unfortunately, there was no answer. Once there, I spent many minutes in front of the barrier to the hotel's own parking space, only to be told rudely at reception that there was a red sign on the barrier indicating that the parking space was occupied. After me came another ”blind person” who hadn't seen this clear sign... Apart from that, almost everything was OK, but nothing more! The room was modernly furnished, big enough and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good size. The breakfast was pretty good in terms of selection and quality. Unfortunately, the breakfast room was WAY too small. This means that you have to go looking for a table in the morning. If you're lucky, you have to clear it yourself. We were there for 2 days and we never saw any of the staff wipe the tables.... Service doesn't seem to be that important there.

A hotel that has come to the years, a renovation would certainly be necessary here. Our room was quite OK, the bathroom noja and the floor cover dirty - for the price you can really expect something more The breakfast was good and you could order for 15 EURO at the reception. Very close to the center and very nicely located at the Havel. The hotel does not have a bar, but just in front of the door there is a beach bar and also a very great Italian. Concluded: If you make a few breaks and look over some things, the hotel is completely i.O. Very nice staff in every area.

Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.
