Many of the famous sights such as the City Palace, St. Nikolaikirche, French Church, Dutch Quarter and Museum Palais Barberini are only a few walks away.
The entrance to the world-famous Sanssouci Park is also only a 20-minute walk away. Bus and tram stops are right by the hotel. You can easily reach the main train station and explore Potsdam and its beautiful surroundings.

"Good location, clean and tidy room, although not large, but very warm configuration, electric kettle, USB charging port, breakfast included, good quality breakfast, elevator card required. Stayed for three nights, on the third day put up the cleaning sign, but still did not come to clean"

GGuest UserVery good breakfast. Good location. Parking is inside of hotel, but limit spots(8). Parking on the street (hotel front door), is free from ~6pm-8am. Other time will be 1.5 € ／hour.

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

Ruhige, idyllische Lage, perfekt zum Abschalten. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Seeblick. WLAN etwas schwach, aber sonst alles top. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Terrasse und der separate Steg am See sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre.
Der Service war herzlich und professionell. Besonderer Dank an Elita für ihre außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz.
Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

GGuest UserVery helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.

青青草叶The hotel is big, conference-type, and all kinds of facilities are very good. It is by the lake and can park for free on the nearby roadside.
The hotel is a bit off, there is a Chinese restaurant in a few minutes drive, and I walked past ten to twenty minutes.
