The location of the accommodation is really great!! 👍🏻👍🏻 It's located right in front of the beach, and there's a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is any accommodation in Positano with a better location. Air conditioning and refrigeration are both provided. It may be a bit difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation when checking in. The large yellow building is the accommodation, and the entrance is between the accommodation and the restaurant on the left side facing the accommodation. If you go through that iron door, you will find the accommodation! The host is an old lady named Rossa, and although she doesn't speak English very well, she tries to explain things as kindly and easily as possible. When I said I wanted to use porter service on the day of check-out, they made a reservation for me. I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was really good. It was the best accommodation, so beautiful and nice. We also upgraded our room. Everyone, make your accommodation reservations :) I miss the kind rossa. This gem of a hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! Not sure why it’s rated 3 stars, it should be at least a 4 stars. The hotel sits just above its own beach with multiple levels with cafe/bar by the beach with lounge chairs and swim area, restaurant and a gorgeous flower laden courtyard sitting area overlooking the sea. Our room beautifully appointed with a big balcony overlooking the sea with Panaromic views of blue water and hills/city. The staff is amazing. They have porter service to transfer your luggage from Grotta Fornillo. The breakfast by the sea is a smorgasbord of deliciousness. The onsite restaurant is rated 4.7/5 in google, with amazing seafood pasta dishes & super friendly attentive service. The walking path to the port and town is beautiful with hills with flowers on one side and amazing sea views on the other side. This by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and its amenities and hospitality.

Andrea was so helpful from prior to our arrival throughout our stay. I loved the room and the sun terrace and being on the quieter side of Positano in Fornillo was great. I would return as you could quite easily stay here and just have peace and quiet. Really lovely and helpful owner and staff we loved the breakfast in the garden and the lemon and orange trees in the distance. We did both the stair walk across the beach as well as the walk to Positano and back and it wasn’t bad. Highly recommend this little gem

This is a gorgeous little boutique hotel with the absolute best view in Positano! The hotel and its rooms have marble floors, which give them a very elegant feel. Everything was very clean and almost sparkled! I specifically booked this hotel for the view, and I am so glad I did. Breakfast was included, and if you book a room with a balcony, you can order from the breakfast menu and have it delivered to your room so you can enjoy it on the terrace. The food was so good, too - I miss my morning cornettos! We also had our own appertivo out on the balcony, and my husband didn't want to leave the hotel because he loved the view so much. The lady who runs the hotel (Maria I think her name was?) was so sweet and kind. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this hotel with friends towards the end of trip. Loved how easy it was for our car was able to drop us off at the top of the hill and we just walked about a minute to entrance of the hotel. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 star is because the breakfast is very lacking. I wish the selection was a bit bigger, or varied from day to day, but I guess it is what it is. The size of the room was great for 3 of us (one queen size bed and one twin size bed). Keep in mind when booking that this hotel is a trek from the beach, it takes about 30 minutes to walk down the road, or about 15 minutes if you take the steps straight down to the beach. Overall, would stay again, but would keep these things in mind if bringing kids.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Positano. La Sorgente del Sole was very nice and Rosa was exceptionally helpful. Rooms were very clean, location and view were amazing. We can’t wait for our return visit, hopefully very soon.

We had an AMAZING experience here and so much of that was thanks to Alfonso for making our stay absolutely incredible. The hotel is in a great location, and the room was clean and spacious. We also had an amazing sea view. Breakfast made by Maria was also incredible and the whole staff was very attentive and made us feel right at home. I can’t recommend this place enough!!! We’ll definitely be back.
