Hotel L'Ancora

Good location. Need to give key to hotel if u have own car. They will park ur car by themselves. Need to pay parking when checkout. The view is superb! Breakfast is nice

No words for the view!!!! Absolutely amazing. Pricey and worth it and it’s a must if you’re travelling to Positano. 10/10 location.

The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location, and the staff is absolutely wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and quick to make things right. However, when we arrived, the restaurant, bar, and lounge were closed (despite being listed online), leaving only room service for breakfast and dinner. Arriving early after a long flight, we had nowhere to wait but outside in the heat. The staff kindly refunded the extra nights when we chose to shorten our stay and even sent champagne and wine as a gesture. If you stay here, confirm the amenities are open, as without them there’s not much beyond the room.

I recently stayed at Hotel L'Ancora for a very special occasion — I proposed to my partner — and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, with a very special shoutout to Sasha and Valerie, who were incredibly helpful, extremely approachable, and attentive to every detail throughout our visit. However, the star of our experience was Lolanda. She truly facilitated everything seamlessly, making sure every detail was taken care of. She was responsive to emails and helpful in the planning prior to our arrival. After the proposal, Lolanda organized a beautiful cake and charming decorations in our room, creating the perfect celebratory atmosphere. She also arranged a stunning bouquet of flowers that added such a thoughtful and romantic touch. Everything about our stay was flawless — from the comfort of the rooms to the impeccable service. The rooms were very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and we could not hear a thing, which made for wonderfully restful nights. The breakfast was fantastic, and each morning they brought out everything for us to enjoy on our balcony while soaking in the picturesque views of Positano — truly a magical way to start the day. The team at Hotel L'Ancora were phenomenal, making us feel completely comfortable and welcomed. They also helped organise all sorts of excursions and activities, ensuring we had an amazing and memorable time exploring the area. I can confidently give Hotel L'Ancora a 10/10 rating and would highly recommend reaching out to this wonderful team for any needs or special arrangements.
