One of the best hotels in Positano. Central location with great amenities and views. Nice beach club and pool. Beautiful rooms. Areas need improvement include service and breakfast food quality. Waiter insulted me in Italian when I asked for a fresh eggs for my daughter. He was surprised I knew Italian.

Just returned from a 4 night stay here. Concierge (Paolo and Natalie in particular) were fantastic. Location is great. Beach club is a HUGE plus and part of the reason we chose this particular hotel. Room and bathroom were simple but had incredible views. I would highly recommend.

I had my wedding at Marincanto in May. I used the suite encanto for getting ready and the balcony of the room for a private dinner with our guests. Our ceremony was on the terrace. We had the best time with the most delicious food and the most outstanding scenery. The only regret I had was not booking the room for additional nights.

The hotel Marincanto was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. The location was great. The hotel room was large immaculate and well appointed. We stayed in Villa one which had an outstanding view of the sea and Positano coastline. The large private terrace with chairs and double lounger was a great bonus. There was a complimentary breakfast that was very good. Sitting outside while eating was quite enjoyable with again excellent views of the surrounding water. What sets this hotel apart is the outstanding personalized customer service and warmth that the hotel brings forward. You feel like you’re part of a family while visiting another country and there’s absolutely nothing that the concierge won’t do to assist in making your vacation the best experience possible. Dario from concierge was excellent. He consistently gave solid advice and helped us immensely. He is a sincere and thoughtful individual who cares about his guests. He anticipates and helps his customers avoid disruptions. He exceeds all expectations. Paolo was also very good thorough and conscientious. We appreciated all of his advice. Anita was a tremendous help prior to our arrival helping us arrange various excursions, transfers and restaurant bookings. She was always pleasant and thorough in her email correspondence. Overall, the experience was relaxing, and one of the most enjoyable vacations that we have had in sometime.
