The room was clean and kitschy, with a nice, large outdoor covered patio with a great view of the beach. No elevator so luggage was tough going up to the top floor, but our host Rosa was friendly and welcoming.

Pros:
- Beach front location although you don’t get a beach front view or porch unless you book their villas.
- Very near the port and near all the beach front restaurants and activities.
- They give you fresh towels and take out the trash every day.
- Very nice staff.
Cons:
- We had to pay cash. Their terminal wasn’t working properly. We tried four cards in total which all worked fine everywhere else. So we had to find an ATM and withdraw money.
- The toilet stinks. For some reason even after cleaning and even after turning the exhaust on, the stink doesn’t go away.
- Poor drainage - water and dirt get stuck both in the shower and sink.

Die Lage ist gut, man ist direkt am Strand, aber das Personal, welche dieses Objekt betreut, sind sehr unfreundlich. Auf die Frage, ob wir unsere Koffer 2 Stunden länger da lassen können und uns draußen Sonnen können haben die abgelehnt. Wir sollten das Hotel um 12:00 Uhr verlassen und unsere Koffer mitnehmen sehr un kulant obwohl wir Ihnen auch angeboten haben, dass wir das bezahlen. Die Ausstattung im Hotel ist sehr alt und die Kopfkissen Steinhart als ob da nur Decken drin sind. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen.

숙소 위치 정말 최고입니다!! 👍🏻👍🏻
해변 바로 앞에 위치해 있고, 숙소 바로 앞에는 music bar도 있어서 공짜로 좋은 음악까지 들을 수 있어요. 포지타노에 이보다 좋은 위치의 숙소가 있을까 싶은 정도입니다.
에어컨, 냉장도 모두 구비되어있어요.
체크인 할때 숙소 입구찾기가 조금 힘드실 수 있는데, 노란색 큰 건물이 숙소이고, 숙소를 바라보고 왼쪽에 있는 레스토랑과 숙소 사이에 입구가 있습니다. 그 철로 된 문으로 들어가시면 나오는 곳이 숙소입니다!
호스트는 rossa 라는 할머니이신데, 영어를 엄청 잘하시진 못하지만 최대한 친절하고 쉽게 설명해주시려고 노력해요. 체크아웃날 porter 서비스 이용하고 싶다고 하니까 예약도 다 해주셨어요.
후기 안좋은 내용이 많아서 걱정했는데, 정말 좋았습니다. 너무 아름답고 좋은 최고의 숙소였어요. 저희는 방도 업그레이드 해주셨습니다.

It is located right in front of the beach, and there is a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is a better accommodation than this.

This residence was a little hard to review. It is in a fabulous location, you are located right on the beach, but you are not waterfront. It is very easy to get to via ferry! Easy walk! We did like the free beach chairs right in front of the property. As it is €50 to sit in any of the other chairs with umbrellas! Rosa was lovely! We did have an ocean view room, which was nice. However, the room itself could be improved. It does appear that it has been recently painted. The furniture is very dated. The only thing you have in the room is a very old mini fridge and a hairdryer that did not work. You have absolutely nothing to be able to make coffee or tea in the morning. Our room was very small. It was difficult to find room for our luggage. I felt we paid quite a bit of money for what we got.

I booked to stay here for one night with my son, age 18. We were doing a 5 day tour of the Amalfi Coast. This hotel is in an iconic position on the main beach front area in Positano, less than 5 min walk from the marina which is a massive bonus as I think most people arrive by boat. So far so good, we wheeled our hand luggage bags to the front of the hotel which is painted bright yellow and looks like a house. We entered the side door and wondered around and couldn't find anyone so called the number and spoke to a guy who told us a lady would meet us. Rosa turned up and checked us in, in a laundry room. Seemed a bit of a strange set up but Rosa was very friendly and kind. The room had a kitchenette and sofa and the bedroom was at the back (no windows). It was very basic but the location makes up for it and the sea view from the terrace is stunning. It has cute little shutters, it is quaint but not luxurious at all and didn't have a kettle that I could see but there is a cafe next door either side. Now the downfall of this place is the beach bar directly in front of this hotel, looks quite chill and sophisticated during the day but when we got back from dinner the music started and didn't stop until 2.30 am. It was booming and sounded like it was in the room it was so loud. I am amazed they are allowed to play music like this as the area generally seems quite quiet and it is very built up, left and right and built up as high as you can see so the music would bother a lot of people. The people staying next to us said it was the same the night before. Due to this we did not sleep at all until the music stopped and it completely spoilt our stay. I definitely would not stay here if loud music would bother you at night... you have been warned.

I stayed for 4 nights with my wife on our honeymoon. We got in late so it was almost 10 pm but we had communicated this to the residence, and Mario was very accommodating, even giving us an upgrade from double room to king suite. Ms. Rosa waited on us despite it was past check in time and walked us to our room. The room was clean, we got fresh towels every day with bed lines cleaned and made daily. The property is right on the beach so very convenient for going on boat tours. For the price it was very nice. I would recommend this property to other people. Very genuine people, very nice property, we enjoyed our stay.

I traveled alone and originally booked a partial sea view room. However, I was assigned a room facing a blank wall with no view whatsoever. When I told the male owner that this wasn't the room I booked, he claimed he didn't speak English and started yelling at me, refusing to change my room and insisting there were none available. I then called travel agent's customer service, and they immediately secured the exact room I had originally booked for me. This proved that the room was available, and I suspect I was treated this way simply because I am a woman traveling alone. Furthermore, when the owner came to facilitate the room change, he was extremely rude—he banged aggressively on my door and muttered angrily the entire time, as if I were the one at fault. A message to the property owner: Do not think your actions will have no consequences. I will persistently post this experience on any other platform I can find. I will make sure more travelers see this. If anyone asks about your hotel, I will not hesitate to share my negative experience to warn them against booking here. I have already filed a formal complaint with the online platform and urged them to delist your property. Everyone, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs to save yourself from this kind of treatment.
