Excellent Service! We were lost and could not find the hotel entrance and a staff person from the hotel helped us with our bags and called receptionist for us.
The breakfast we great to have every morning.
The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day.
The receptionists were informative clear and so helpful! Thank you for making out time so special!

Serenity and adventure in Positano
This hotel was amazing. Staff were especially lovely. Alejandro was the best breakfast morning manager and Emmanuel in the evening for dinners. Great AC and the accommodations were great. WiFi very good. Lots of steps to find this hotel. Map it out before you arrive!!

This place was such a great find in Positano. The Villa is an extension of a bigger, luxurious hotel just up the path, and the amazing staff at the hotel treat you like any other guest (but you pay much less). Breakfast on the glorious terrace is amazing, buffet food and table service for coffees. The room was made up every day. There were porters to help with your luggage on arrival and departure. You’re on the edge of town, which I enjoyed - a lovely wander down into the heart of Positano, or you’re really well located to walk down to Fornillo beach for a swim.
Recommend to reach out to the hotel for specific instructions on arrival depending how you get to Positano - it’s easy once you’re there but hard to understand from the map.
My room was compact but very clean and comfortable.

We had the loveliest time at Ville Principe Giovanni! The location was perfect, close to everything but in a quieter residential area. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and welcome. Cannot recommend enough!

Siamo stati in questa fantastica struttura ad inizio gennaio per un weekend romantico. La nostra stanza era quella con il terrazzo e la vista era fantastica. Tutto pulito e curato nei dettagli: letto spazioso, arredi di gusto e bagno con idromassaggio. Il momento più bello è stato quello della colazione, abbondante e varia, che abbiamo avuto direttamente in camera al nostro risveglio e che ovviamente abbiamo consumato sulla terrazza vista mare. Grazie anche a Floriana per la gentilezza e la disponibilità anche a prenotarci il ristorante per la cena.

il check-in consiste in un'addetta molto gentile e professionale che ti viene prendere al parcheggio e ti conduce nella stanza, situata in un palazzo altrimenti introvabile perché privo di indicazioni. La nostra camera era minuscola e senza vista panoramica, ma pulita e accogliente. La colazione (abbastanza modesta) è in un altro stabile, molto più bello. Abbastanza comodo al centro, lo consiglio per una sosta breve a Positano

Very nice location / view
Very nice location, great view over the sea / bay. Quite a lot of stairs, be prepared for that. Old house, you will hear everything that happens in the hall / other rooms quite well, and no dark curtains (sun gets into your room from early morning) / do not expect to sleep long in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay at Villa principe, had couples issues which were fixed when we notified the hotel, the food at the restaurant was very good, the view from the restUrNt was magnificent,
