Stayed here for 1 night before travelling to Trancoso in August 2021. Staff were efficient and friendly. Courtyard and pool make for a relaxing tropical setting. Room had a view and small balcony towards the front of the hotel (the car park and road). The balcony door was rather flimsy and did not feel very secure (being on the ground floor). Room interior and bathroom look very dated. Hotel is located walking distance to many shops and restaurant, as well as to the historic part of town (on top of the hill) - very convenient.

We are in the upper couple room with views of swimming pool, great bed, great bedrooms, great dressers, air conditioning well and correctly, smart TV and perfect internet. The hotel is 10, 12min from the discovery gateway, and a supermarket is 5min from the hotel. A side pizza and a super recommended restaurant at about 5 min also (symphoca bar) with the most recommended crabs of Porto Seguro, I felt safe to go and walk back. The breakfast is not luxurious, usually 2 types of cakes, 2 juices, eggs, 4 breads, coffee, milk, water, yoghurt, granules and some 3 fruits.The Cafe cat is a show that is beautiful and interesting, it's just calling Cafesinha q she attends. Clean and beautiful pool, clean room qd requested and hot water also ok. I recommend and deliver everything that says and great cost benefit.

Experiência horrível. Para começar, já havíamos feito check in online e mesmo assim ficamos esperando um tempão para liberarem o quarto. Estranho que pessoas que chegaram após e fizeram check-in no balcão, entraram antes. Aí já deu para perceber a desorganização. E além disso nos colocaram em um quarto no final do resort, o que não gostei e reclamei. Alegaram não ter outro. Mas há meses havíamos reservado, além de check-in antecipado, deveria ter uma organização nesse sentido para ter acomodações melhores. Após dois dias no resort após diversas solicitações, meio contrariados, mudaram nosso quarto. Decepção com o bife do Resort! Em comparação a outros resort que já fui no mesmo valor. Péssimo!! Bife pequeno, sem muitas opções de cardápios. Não é pé na areia, tem que passar a BR para chegar na praia. Não tem bar molhado. Cerveja melhor só tinha nos quiosques do João da Sunga a beira mar, mas acabava logo. E se não bastasse tudo isso fui furtada. Estive hospeda do dia 17/09 a 21/09/24. No dia anterior da saída do Resort dei a falta de 450,00 em dinheiro de dentro da minha bolsa. Reclamei na recepção, solicitaram fazer BO. Perdi a tarde toda fazendo BO, um transtorno. Não consegui aproveitar nada no período da tarde, pois, fiquei esse tempo todo envolvida no BO. Fiz o BO, falaram que iriam ressarcir o valor mas, teriam que aguardar o retorno do BO. Ficaram enrolando até o outro dia que era a data da saída. Cada vez que ia na recepção perguntar sobre o caso se faziam de desentendido, como se não soubessem. Relatava novamente, falavam que iriam passar para o gerente e dariam retorno pelo whatsapp. O que nunca aconteceu. Já em casa entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp, enrolaram umas duas vezes e após isso nunca mais responderam. PIOR RESORT QUE EU E MEU MARIDO NOS HOSPEDAMOS. Um descaso com os clientes.

Sou agente de viagens e fiquei no Atlântida Park Hotel no final de Junho (26/06 até 30/06), e gostei bastante do hotel. Pontos positivos: Localização, quartos confortáveis e com varanda, funcionários, piscina. Pontos negativos: Não poder levar sua própria bebida para a área da piscina já que o preço das bebidas do bar do hotel é um preço bastante elevado, já que tem essa política no hotel, eu indicaria baixar o preço das bebidas que vendem por lá, aí ficaria bacana. No quarto que fiquei tinha um pouco de vazamento no ar condicionado, não sou muito exigente nessa parte, mas é algo que pode incomodar outras pessoas, eu recomendo arrumar. Já tive clientes que hospedou no hotel e falaram que a limpeza do quartos deles não foi muito boa, mas eu não tive esse problema, quando eu hospedei, a limpeza foi ótima. O café da manhã é bom, mas não é extraordinário, mas valeu muito o custo-beneficio, com certeza se continuar nessa faixa de preço que está agora, eu voltaria, pois Porto Seguro é um lugar que vou visitar frequentemente.
