Hotel surpreendente! O café da manhã era ótimo, assim como as refeições. Fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto era limpo e bem arrumado. Gostamos muito.

Amazing hotel! The breakfast was great, as were the meals. We were very well taken care of. The room was clean and well arranged. We liked a lot.

Hotel precisa dar uma modernizada. Copos de plástico que parece de merenda de escola. Falta flexibilidade no check in e check out. Comida muito boa e qualidade razoável nas bebidas. Não é um resort como vendem e sim um hotel all incluisve 3 estrelas. Ponto positivo é o beach point.

I left to find a friend and said that Cuiabá was staying at this hotel (that’s why I chose to stay at Eco Bahia Hotel), and when I returned to my room, I went to the bathroom (until then) No one has used it) and the rest of the vase with excrement, that is, it means that they have not cleaned or cleaned the bathroom in any way. We had planned to change rooms, but since we had to carry a lot of baby supplies and organize from one room to another, we decided to stay there because we only stayed in the hotel for two days. The food at the hotel is generally good, and the coffee is also good, but it could be better. Regarding the service, the staff are very good, but I have two points of highlights: named Leon de Robandella, an employee received me so well, praise worthy of registration, he is responsible for my stay and every person who seeks my things When he left the next time, he was very attentive and polite to my family in the room, and he could always serve us better, which is what we were looking for during the journey. If all the employees are like him, then it would be better to stay in a hotel! The extremely negative record is that I spent one night with a reception desk, a tall and strong man, if I remember correctly, the reception desk chief or manager, but he stayed at the reception desk for two nights, this is me. Two nights in the hotel. He was very rude to me and then to my wife. I lost the consumption card in the room, and went to the reception to find out how and what I had to do to block the card and get one after another, but instead of giving me a solution, he wanted to draw my attention, and I found the card soon, But my wife is the one who returned the card because I know that if he treats me like this again, I will get him in trouble. Overall, the hotel is very reasonable, because just like the number of hotel websites and some travel websites I have, I see the following speed, what is the value of the charged hotel structure should be better.

The breakfast was excellent, the breakfast was very good, we were very well served, the room was clean and well arranged. We liked it very much.

The staff are very educated and always willing to help us all with a smile on the face and a good humor.
