What a wonderful stay. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best night of sleep in months. The soaps and lotions available were top notch (I usually don't care for hotel amenities like this one much). And how fun is it to have a little arcade in the lower level? Bree was so delightful checking us in that I could have stayed in the lob by chatting all day.

The cleanness of the hotel property was spot on , very impressed especially with being located in downtown. Our room was perfect, the housekeeping team did a wonderful job making us feel safe by providing a clean and fresh room . The afternoon manager (wore green shirt) on August 18 was very friendly and courteous to my family and I, he was very professional representative of your hotel . Will stay again! Thank you.

Parking is a bit expensive, but there is a good parking space in the city center. The room is large. It is a luxury in the local area. There is a happy hour every afternoon. It’s very convenient to go out and play around. Walking distance to the dining street and several online red stores.

The valet here was so helpful and sweet! Cameron and Tiago were the best and so efficient and informative and made my trip so easy with their help. What a great hotel and experience. Only place I go for my Oregon business trips. The rooms are also fantastic as well as the food!

We stayed here for three nights. The design of the hotel is simple and simple like a studio. The room is more spacious and the bed is comfortable. The surrounding environment is also good to the city center. There was some problem with the lighting of the room, and the cabinet placed in the coffee machine was almost invisible. Although there are windows that can't be opened, it wastes natural air and does not meet the environmental protection concept emphasized by the hotel itself. Because it is probably a new hotel, the air circulation is not good, some taste (still acceptable)

Very nice lobby and outside seating area . Although it was covered in snow at the time of my visit. The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. The location is good for getting around downtown Portland. Bus stop right in front of the Hotel. And a easy walk from the light rail stop

Stayed at the London Southwark location. Thought it was a no brainer to check out the Portland location. Not the same experience. I know there isn't much the hotel can do about street noise (and there was a lot until ~3 am each night), but little details like a partially prepared room, and extremely noising AC unit did take away from a restful stay. Would not recommend walking around the area after dark. Encountered multiple aggressive people living on the streets, and an overdose situation which thankfully a volunteer team was handling. Staff was all wonderful that we interacted with. Appreciated the complimentary cold waters as we returned to the hotel after our outings.

The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, the service is in place, the breakfast is OK. No extra bed. There is a parking lot, but it can be charged for valet parking, the location is good, in the city center.

Excellent room, service and beautiful property. The lobby was relaxing to sit by the fire and visit. A couple weddings happened and the photo takes were magical, Clarissa explained the details of the hotel and weddings. The night l valet, Johnny was the absolute best- he took care of my classic Corvette.

The location is in the city center, the room is slightly old, the health is OK, the service is welcoming, but there is one piece of facial tissue in the bathroom, the replacement is not timely, the parking is $45 a day, there is a parking lot of $25 nearby, there is luggage, not willing to Ran. 10 minutes walk from Pioneer Square, 10 minutes walk to the top three Western restaurants in Portland, breakfast to line up. I stayed for one night and had no other feelings.
