Stayed in so many hotels, this is my biggest surprise, the room has a big balcony, you can see the sea from the balcony, it is really beautiful sea, you can choose here next time, breakfast is particularly rich,

Staff very friendly and always available. The rooms immaculate, comfy beds. Restaurant was excellent with a very good variety of food and not repeated in our 2 week holiday. Communal areas very bright and airy and plenty of space. Pool area was great. This was our second visit and we were a bit worried it may not be as good as before, however we would totally recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

A truly great experience!! Room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Well placed with a view of the Marina. The highlight of each morning of my 5 night stay was the Breakfast. Fantastic choice and everything well cooked and presented. The staff, particularly the trainees, were always friendly and obliging. I couldn't fault anything about the Breakfast at all. The situation of the Hotel was ideal for me but might not suit everyone as it was sited out of the Town. A beautiful beach was adjacent to the Hotel and even out of season there were a variety of Restaurants nearby. All staff, the Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping were outstanding, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful.

The hotel is again great, nice rooms, friendly helpful staff. Maintenance is still lacking a bit, although some progress was made. Due to lack of rain/water the golf course is dry and golf is played on the roots of the grass. Last year october it was green with large dry patches, this year it is just dry except for the greens. Looks like the effect of climate change is increasing and next year October we will not come again under these conditions.

This hotel is very recent. Beautiful, elegant and well-equipped in terms of services. What doesn't strike us as normal, however, is the lack of little touches for a hotel in this category. No shampoo, no q-tips, just the same gel for washing hands and in the shower. No shower cap. An empty fridge bar. We appreciate the coffee machine and the bottle of water, but one normal coffee capsule and 3 decaffeinated coffee capsules... not logical... We asked for a room with a bath when we booked (we were ”upgraded” without any request on our part, on a ”marina” view, but with a shower. As we are not very nice customers, we didn't say anything. The bedding is good. The pillows are quite thick, which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive necks. 3 cushions are available, but they are all very dense. The road is very noisy, subject to a few car rodeos at night. I've heard that the rooftop is noisy in November, but fortunately this is not the case. The staff are friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, but for the evening menu, this type of buffet seems less attractive, but will surely please some people. The spa is very good, at 12.5 euros for one hour (equipped swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc.). There is a car park at the hotel for 6 euros a night, but free parking is available 200m from the hotel by the beach. All in all, then, this is a fine hotel with a lot of potential, but some details clearly need to be reviewed to make it really nice.

Best location in town with 2-minute walk to the beach front, south balcony view, with nearby Pão Quente supermarket and restaurants. Frequent house keeping and tidy building. Free gated parking. Will be back!

We have just got back from our 7 night stay here, It's a lovely complex the apartment was huge for just the 2 of us and spotlessly clean. The only downside I'd say is the cleaners only clean once a week which to be fair you need clean towels more often but for this you have to pay. The Bar that's ran by Bruno and his lovely family is great and they serve some fabulous meals at reasonable prices I would highly recommend for couples and families as they cater for everyone and is not too far from everything

Read some mixed reviews before coming but we were very happy. Room was large, hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the resort and the town however half way through the holiday we discovered the Ubers are very cheap!!! £3.50 per ride. Towels weren’t changed every day but I agreed with this. I would wash them daily at home!
