The hotel facilities are a bit old, the room is large enough, the view of Port Louis outside the window is good, the location is good, downstairs is the waterfront commercial street. The half-board package booked on Ctrip is good value for money.

Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service.
Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired.
Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

Hôtel idéalement situé mais dont l’état général a besoin d’être rafraîchi. Le service restauration n’est pas au top. Bref d’une manière générale un mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The service in this beautiful hotel is exceptional. The staff in particular Tifanand, Arvind, Tricia and Vishen are wonderful and genuinely care about your experience. They are always on hand at breakfast and literally cannot do enough for you. I visit the hotel often and have never had a bad experience. Thank you Tifanand and all the restaurant staff for your kindness and attentiveness, it really is much appreciated :)

Fantastic service from start to finish! Damien and Steeve at the bar specially. Damien's professionalism is impecable, you could not fault him. He made sure our time at the bar was special, making sure we were served promptly and efficiently

I wasn't a huge fan of Labourdonnais. It all just felt a bit sterile to me, and dinner was so disappointing that I skipped breakfast the next day. The food was clearly pre-made, served in about 10 seconds after ordering, and pretty tasteless. My room (614) is ok, but a little scuffed up (especially the carpet and headboard which look like they're on their last legs). The worst thing about it though was the driver they organised to take me to my next hotel - they charged me a lot for it, and he took multiple detours along the way to take care of 3 different personal deliveries! The drive ended up taking over 2 hours as a result. Insanely unprofessional, I couldn't believe it.

Excellent Mall with lots to see and lovely shopping to do at great reasonable prices. The restaurants and food court were very nice and the food was delicious. The craft market had lots to offer and amazing deals. We enjoyed ourselves at the mall.
