The hotel facilities are a bit old, the room is large enough, the view of Port Louis outside the window is good, the location is good, downstairs is the waterfront commercial street. The half-board package booked on Ctrip is good value for money.

Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service.
Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired.
Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

A chaque fois que je viens à l'île Maurice avec ma femme nous y allons chaque année et comme chaque notre escale culinaire sans detour aucun c'est la Bourdonnais recu par Arvind Mitisha et Kevin nous sommes à chaque fois enchantés par l'accueil la qualité de l'accueil et du service. Je recommande vivement cet endroit avec ces personnes adorables et professionnelles.

My wife and I, accompanied by a couple who are good friends, stayed at the Labourdonnais Hotel for 3 nights prior to joining an Azamara Cruise. Initial correspondence with the hotel reservations was very good with prompt replies to my queries, boded well for our stay, which proved to be the case. The hotel arranged transfers from MRU to the hotel which worked well and at a reasonable cost. All the staff were very professional and gave excellent service. Jonathon, a manager in the restaurant area, in particular stood out as being very helpful and prepared to go out of his way to assist. The rooms were well laid out and equipped with comfortable beds and a view of the waterfront through the patio doors onto the balcony. The food in the restaurant was good, local Mauritian curries were very tasty. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, were made very welcome and would certainly stay again.

I've really missed this UK tradition of Afternoon Tea & yesterday's High Tea at the hotel didn't disappoint at all. Loved the gourmet food, the presentation, the tea & atmosphere. The staff members were really polite, welcoming & helpful too. A special thanks to Nishta & Tifanny.

It was our first visit for high tea. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was very cool despite being in Summer. We received a very good service from Alice and Nishta. However, i would recommend to include at least one cold drink in the package. Overall, we've had some good family time. Thank you 👏
