The room is very good, big and comfortable. The two bedrooms and one living room can actually accommodate 5-6 people. There is no charge for the parking garage. There are few places to eat around, but the size is large and more cost-effective. The port of Fairy is quiet and the beachwalk is good.

The hotel is in the center of the town. It may be the relationship between the peak season and the region, and the price is low. There is no small kitchen to cook. It was only because it was free and convenient to park and only stayed for one night.

The last stop on the Great Ocean Road, we headed back to Melbourne. First of all, there are not many choices in this town, so I chose this hotel. It is more like a hotel than a hotel. There was no front desk at this hotel, no one was there to greet us, and there was no service. We didn’t know who to call if we wanted anything. We arrived very late, and then we waited in the cold for 30 minutes without knowing how to get in, and we didn’t receive anything. Check-in code, it’s too bad that the hotel phone can’t be reached. Then there was no hot water, which made us wash with cold water. We were really speechless.

I would've loved to give five stars for everything about this place but after our long day, we could not have a decent warm shower in a cold 16°C night. I called the reception with no answer and didn't feel like stepping out to the busy bar area to get someone's attention. I'm seeking at least a partial refund especially when I paid a premium price for the accommodation at this time of the year.

The overall feeling is very good and the cleanliness is very good. The host greets warmly and can go shopping nearby. Recommended 👍👍👍
