This is a hotel located by the sea, but you can't see the sea and you can't hear the sound of the waves. Stayed for one night on June 25, including breakfast. The room is quite big, with a kitchen and bathroom workbench, the bathroom is quite big, clean and tidy, and there is wifi in the house. The yard can park a car. Go to the beach and walk for one or two hundred meters. There were no shops nearby, and we went to the city to find a Chinese restaurant for dinner. The hostess was in grade, but she was loud and welcoming, like descendants or immigrants from the Mediterranean coast.

Great property! Close to everything. My family loved this property, it is a beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood, the rooms were very nice, very clean with air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a family of four could sleep comfortably in one room, very spacious!! The breakfast included was excellent as well. The kids had a pool to play in and a large property to explore!! I would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!!
A&A Guesthouse

I feel humble with the service standard of A&A Guesthouse. As we were the sisters in law, some of them were from other provinces but they were so impressed with everything. Cleanliness is 100%. I take my hat off to your cleaners, they are doing great job. Keep up the good. If the room with 4 bunk can have a window for the ventilation and it is too small and very hot.

Everything is very good. Beautiful hotel. Decent level. Heated pool! A stunning ocean view! Very diverse breakfast 5****** must have a dress and slippers to visit the spa. It's very strange that they're not there.

I recently checked into Carslogie House in Port Elizabeth around 7pm on a Wednesday night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a gentleman who wasn’t particularly friendly. I asked him for a simple bowl of ice, and to my surprise, he told me he doubted they had any ice at all. I travel frequently, and in my experience, either ice is readily available in the bar fridge or the staff is more than happy to provide some upon request. His response was unexpected, and I questioned him, asking if there was really no ice in the freezer. He firmly said, ”unfortunately not.” Things took a turn for the worse when, about 10 minutes later, I was approached very aggressively by the owner. She was extremely confrontational, getting uncomfortably close to me and telling me that she had to bring ice from her house down the road. She flung a small bag of ice onto the table and scolded me for asking about the ice, accusing me of disrespecting her employee. I was shocked by her rudeness, as I was simply a guest making a polite inquiry. What made it worse was her dismissive attitude when I politely mentioned that I was vegetarian. She rudely shouted back, ”oh well, good luck with that,” before rushing off. I felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a result, I didn’t even attend breakfast on either of my mornings, even though it had already been paid for. I had no desire to interact with the owner again. This experience was unlike anything I’ve ever encountered in a guest house. The owner and staff desperately need to improve their hosting skills. I cannot recommend Carslogie house , as the hospitality was appalling.
Lalapanzi Guest Lodge

The place is well located and near a beach and the famous Board walk mall. The owner is hands on and assist with any issues and needs ASAP. He did not hesitate to help when my car broke down and gave very useful advice. It is a home away from home.
