3-Star Hotels in Port Dickson

A pleasant view to wake up to facing the sea front and enjoying the breeze. McDonald is nearby for breakfast and in the evening, this place is full of revellers. There is also a children playground nearby which turns into a night market on a Saturday night.

our favourite hotel when check in to port dickson, the view was superb, the pool got 3 types, breakfast quite good and the staff very helpful. Will come again with no hesitation. 😉

The location is not too far from the city center which makes it convenience for travelling around. There are plenty of open parking lots on the premise. Breakfast spread is good and suprised that they even have hor fun as a breakfast item. Rooms are OK, with all the ammenities needed. Shower water pressure is good. Unfortunately during our stay, only a single elevator was working, but it was sufficient and did not impeded time too much.

Been here for 2nd time. First was on working days so not many people were staying plus the hotel gave me a room with seaview although i booked a room park view. The 2nd time was on school and public holiday so all rooms are fully booked and there were so many people queueing to check in. I checked in at 2.30pm and only got my room at 4.20 which made me waiting at the lobby almost 2 hours. I asked the staff 3 times and they politely answer my query although there were other few guests that also getting mad as rooms were not ready yet by housekeeping. I manage to get a room after 3rd query. The room is spacey enough for small family with 2 kids. The room has not much changed from my first visit 2 years ago. The floor had been changed to vinyl/spc and the bath tub in the bathroom also been removed. Room cleanliness is better than before. Only the corridor remain dirty as the old carpet still remain and dirt and beach sand can be seen clearly on the carpet. Maybe it can be changes to vinyl/spc also. Housekeeping should be improve in future to avoid guest wait too long to get a room. I like this hotel as it is not so pricey less than 200 on public holiday and about 100+ in working days and the location is near to beach and got swimming pool with walking distance. At night it was quite scary to walk from lobby to our room. Sometime can hear kids yelling suddenly at the corridor and other rooms from our rooms.

Staff very friendly and location is systematic. Swimming pool very clean and easy access to the beach.

The hotel was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. I had a swimming pool, but it was small and had always taken some quite jalouse people. That's why I went too. The bath was nice, it wasn't bad, but it was moist and smelled a little. I changed to a few apartments that were in a 4 or t star hotel. Rl which I will comment now if the option appears, because I had rooftop ... I don't recommend Port Dickson to travelers to Malaysia, there is nothing and the beaches are not good. The hotel is for one night, because if, it has a very good breakfast included, if it is for a longer, regular stay, better take a superior room, I think they could be better. Went there on a business trip. Arrived late around midnight but colleague had save my key for the room. Parking was sufficient. Had some trouble finding my room as I thought the signage wasn't enough or not place strategically. Along the way to find my room, there's a loud music which I thought was from the hotel sound system but upon reaching my room, the source of the noise was from a parking site across the street. Even inside my room, I can heard the music & it was well over 1 am. The room has old carpeting with basic furniture overlooking the hotel's car park.The carpet felt thinning, sticky in some places and looked sad. Air-conditioner was functioning along with other items like television and kettle. Wardrobe had a trouble with its sliding door as it won't slide properly and almost fall off. Room was decent other than those things. Bed looked clean but one of the pillow need a pillowcase changed. The personalize note welcoming guest from our organisation along with 2 wraps of dodol, a local delicacies is not enough to overlook the state of the room. Bathroom was small with shower cubicle kinda blocking the bathroom's door. Toilet may got pressure problem as after flushing there's a loud pumping sound. The worst thing comes later that morning when I trying to take the shower but no water came out of the shower head. The knob on the shower just drip some water but the shower doesn't show it was functioning nor broken. Ended up taking shower from the water pipe near the toilet. Breakfast buffet was average with little food to choose from but acceptable. Taste was decent. Waiters were attentive to pick up dishes left on the table. Not much communication between staffs and guest. Just among themselves. Not just in the coffee house but among the cleaners and receptionist too. Quickly check out when function was over.

The location is great for both those who like fast food like MacD. Starbucks as well as for those who prefer local delights. The sea view is great and one can feel the atmosphere of kids playing, people strolling along the beach and anglers waiting for a catch from their rods. There is TF supermarket just behind, and a little further back was pasar malam (night market) on the Saturday night that we were there. This night market is really vibrant and bustling with people and we enjoyed the home cooked dim sum (12 pieces for rm10 - really value for money) and Taiwan style oyster mee sua. Unfortunately we spent so much time there that we missed watching the sunset from our room. One minus is that there were no refrigerator in the room. Hope the owner will consider adding this into the executive triple as there is enough space for it. Then we can enjoy ice cold beer at the balcony looking out into the sea.

Recognised as a resort famed for its activity offerings, it was actually the staff customer service attention to detail that really impressed us. A wonderful way to reconnect with life beyond the confines of our home after the MCO. If you are looking for an adventurous getaway within a short drive of the capital the eagle ranch resort is very highly recommended. We will certainly be back.

The hotel is so convenient as it is so near to the beach. After a day at the beach, we can just walk back and wash up (thanks to the pipes outside) and relax in the room. All the amenities are new. Suitable if you don't want to be queing to shower in the public restroom in Teluk Kemang or getting stuck in a traffic jam going home from that area if you are planning a day trip to Port Dickson. Better to stay overnight here. Will be back here again.
