Located within 5 minutes walk from the lovely Pantai Purnama beach in Teluk Kemang. This two bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons (Kids included). Various restaurants, food eatery, convenient shops, sundry mart, coin operated laundry is located within 800m from the condo. Ideal for a couple or small family to escape the busy city life (Kuala Lumpur) which is about an hour away by car. The nearest city is Seremban which is 30 minutes by car.Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and both bathrooms have water-heaters. WiFi is provided. The only disadvantage is very limited parking if booking with agents (non direct hotel guest) and no buggy ride besides no breakfast. Basically, u r on ur own throughout the stay

GGuest UserYes, the scenery is charming. It's hard to find it by yourself. The boss sent someone to pick him up at Lijing's door. It felt like it was done by Lijing Rental. There is a Regent logo on the room card and inside. The boss speaks Chinese and is easy to communicate with

Yyan369There is air conditioning + fan in the room, and two sockets are just right for two people.
Because the room is small, the temperature drops immediately after the air conditioning is turned on. It's so comfortable and safe.
The location is very good. You can go out to the beach. The beach is crowded and lively.
The boss lady is very nice, very kind and enthusiastic. If you need anything, you can tell her directly, which makes me feel at ease.
There are mosquitoes in the room. Some employees will put mosquito coils on the door at a fixed time.
My partner and I were not bitten by mosquitoes.
It is also convenient to drive here. I parked the car directly opposite the door of the room.
I like it very much. I forget things and get them directly in the car.
The residents opposite are a little noisy, but thinking about Christmas🎄 and I am also a night owl, I didn't care. The atmosphere is very good. They are not so noisy at the time.
