My partner and I stayed at Aria Spa Retreat in Cima, Como, this June, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The hotel is pure luxury, surrounded by breathtaking views of Lake Como, creating the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. We were delighted when the hotel upgraded our room—it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and featured a stunning balcony overlooking the lake. Waking up to those views was truly magical! The spa experience was exceptional. The massages were some of the best I’ve ever had—deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. The spa facilities were immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was serene and calming, making it easy to unwind completely. The staff were wonderful—warm, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. They made us feel so special throughout our stay. Dining at the retreat was another highlight. The food was exquisite, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and the lakefront setting added an extra layer of charm to every meal. Our time at Aria Spa Retreat was beyond perfect, and we left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape!

This place needs a 6th excellent plus.. Perfect stay.. amazing staff and amazing accommodation... Spa.. restaurant.. room were all out of this world! Came away feeling very spoiled! Will definitely be back. Special occasion made even more special by Aria Spa retreat!!

Everything is perfect, I already came here in April and a great stay, it is for sure the best hotel you can book on the Lugano Lake. Whenever I look in this area, this is the one I want to book. The suites in the hotel are really feeling worth the money spent which is something that usually do not match in other similar hotels. They have pleasing design and great domoptical features and they are really spacious. Staff is great and made our stay perfect :)

Melhor hotel de Lugano e Lago di Como, melhor serviço que já tive na vida . Spa incrível com vistas de cortar a respiração . Restaurante também 5 estrelas. Ficamos apenas 2 noites mas foi tudo incrível. Voltaremos certamente . Fica apenas. 15 minutos de Bellagio

My wife and I spent 3 days at this lovely 5 star boutique resort. Our stay was simply amazing from our greeting in the parking garage by the staff through the checkin process, overview of the resort and the lovely facilities, our room with large terrace with beautiful views, breakfast served in our room each morning, use of spa and Infiniti pool overlooking the lake and private area lakeside for Aria guests only. The resort grounds are beautiful and serene making for a relaxing time when at the resort. We were easily able to drive to Lugano in Switzerland as well as Menaggio in Lake Como which were each only about 25 mins from the property. The hotel staff aim to please and make you feel special. We would highly recommend Aria!!

Un beau moment de détente dans un cocon. Calme, luxe et petites attentions vous feront vous sentir comme un roi dans cette hotel incroyable. Les suites sont fabuleuse, spacieuses et bien pensées. La vue est a couper le souffle depuis la terrasse. Le personnel est au petit soin à tout moment et tellement agréable. Le spa sublime, petit bémol pour ma part sur la température de l’eau des piscines, trop fraîche à mon gout. La partie soin/massage est parfaite. Vous avez tout sur place, restaurants, activités ou détente. Nul besoin de prendre sa voiture en permanence. À refaire !

One of the best hotel I had the occasion to visit. Everything was perfect, the room, the pool and facilities and the staff is extremely friendly. We went there for a special occasion and the staff made this moment even more special. The location of the hotel is ideal, quiet with a stunning view, and close to attraction points.

This is an unbelievable retreat resort, that will give you a different perception of relaxation, and will awake all your senses. One of our favorite hotels in the world, ever. A customized personal attention, wonderful views, a gourmand experience, luxurious spacious and comfortable rooms, wonderful SPA and treatments... all submerged in a beautiful resort.

Zeer mooie retreat. Vooral de uiterst vriendelijke staff en persoonlijk service (iedereen kent je bij naam en iedereen weet wat je gedaan hebt en nog plant te doen) hebben wij nog niet zo ervaren, alhoewel we al veel zeer goede hotels bezocht hebben. Topkwaliteit.
