Really great atmosphere especially at the pool bar. Great pool programme (e.g. water aerobic). Amazing kitchen. Beach is 3 min of walk. Cool for small kids, as a gamer I loved the gaming room with 7 PS5 which you can play for free (incl. in the hotel price). Greetings mainly to the pool bar crew ❤️

Comfy beds, AMAZING food especially pizza, great pool where you can relax, close to sea ana town, also great place for athletes (gym, running routes)

The room was dated and in need of an overhaul
No tea or coffee facility . Apparently only junior suits have this . I was told i could buy coffee at the bar .
The food in the dinning room was average , not a great deal of choice .
Coffee machines were slow . You had to hunt for spoons to eat with as they did not set them out on the table .
Eating out was preferable .
I got rid of two small cockroaches in the bathroom .
There was no complimentary water in the rooms despite there being a fridge . It was unusually hot .

Everything works perfectly, we enjoyed every single moment inside the hotel, by the pools, outside in the garden. The seaside is nearby

Schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption eher demotiviert als engagiert. Online Check-in kann man sich ersparen, da der angebliche priority- check-in-Schalter nicht besetzt ist und man sich normal an der Rezeption anstellen muss. Die Kulinarik im Restaurant ist hingegen sehr gut. Zimmer sauber. Liegen und Schirm am Strand müssen extra bezahlt werden.

The hotel and location itself is exceptional but the real added quality is the staff which is always welcoming,professional and prepared to do everything in their power to meet your expectations. Each time we are happy to see Cvijeta,Predrag and Bogdan from the main restaurant and Bozana from the bar who are adding value to our experience and makes us feel at home. Thank you guys for making our stay unforgettable and outstanding.
