Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, especially on reception. Nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is very clean, delicious and varied selection of food in the restaurant. Even a swimming lane in the pool next door. We must love it, it was our 11th visit!

Excellent hotel with good facilities, dining and children’s club. Staff are friendly and helpful, notably the reception team. Dining is freshly prepared Buffett style and very varied. 3 pools, one indoor, one children orientated and a 25m pool with mini spa.

Really not impressed with this hotel. Reception area is modern but very hot, air con didn’t seem to be on and there was a really awful smell. Was so disappointed with our room, we payed for a triple superior (3.5k for the flights and hotel) and the room was awful. It was dirty, the air con wouldn’t go below 23, there were cracked tiles, exposed pipes and mould in the bathroom. The balcony looked like it could collapse! We spoke to reception about moving rooms and they said there were none. We said we’d be happy to pay to upgrade but they said it would be an extra €175 a night! The following day they said we could move to a new room and it was an ‘upgrade’ but they’d basically moved us to a double room with a fold out bed!! We were finding the whole thing stressful so we just stayed in that room but are really unhappy that we didn’t get what we payed for! We also found that the reception staff were not friendly, but the ladies at the bar downstairs were lovely!

Tolles Hotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Viele Spielbereiche, die alle neu gemacht wurden und sehr hochwertig sind. Da können viele Familienhotels in Deutschland nicht mithalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hier wird vieles möglich gemacht. Handtücher für Strand und Pool gibt es am Schalter beim Pool. Liegen am Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden und man muss auch nichts „reservieren“. Im Hallenbad und Fitnessbereich gibt es ebenfalls Handtücher am Schalter. Die Animateure und Kinderbetreuer des Maro-Clubs sind sehr kompetent und machen einen tollen Job. Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal räumt zügig die gebrauchten Teller weg. Speisesaal teilweise laut, aber man kann draußen sitzen und hier ist es ruhig. Strand ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wird auch von den Mitarbeitern des Hotels gereinigt. Kleiner Kühlschrank am Zimmer war toll (wir hatten eine Junior Suite). Auch wenn das Hotel teilweise in die Jahre gekommen ist, stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu 100 Prozent. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Magique. Un très bel accueil, une équipe pour les enfants au top des gens très agréable, un service de bon niveau incroyable. Ça ne nous fait vraiment pas regretter le Belambra plus onéreux et à la qualité de service incomparable. Mon Amour, merci à toutes les équipes de Val Amar

Hotel in ottima posizione a due passi da Parenzo e immerso nel verde. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona la cucina con piatti in grado di soddisfare le esigenze di una clientela con abitudini alimentari diverse. Molto belli gli spazi dedicati ai bambini. Forse la piscina è un po' sottodimensionata rispetto al numero di ospiti.

Era una Vacanze in famiglia, pulizia della camera per me voto 2, doccia con acqua che scende a goccioline per sciacquarsi la testa 20minuti, il piatto della frutta e’ rimasto sul mobile sporco per 5gg, armadi sporchi e polvere ovunque, bar piscina chiude proprio tra le 18 e le 20 insomma m e’ sembrato folle sarebbe stato il momento migliore per l aperitivo, una birra 5,70€ e una bottiglia d acqua 5,30€, tutto e’ un extra da pagarsi a parte, bibite soft non bevibili, buffet ripetitivo e scarso e non c è zona per pasti dei bambini, in camera non c è posto per stendere la biancheria bagnata e nemmeno una sala per ricovero gonfiabili che ti devi portare in camera. Concetto di fronte mare da rivedere e Nessuno parla una parola d italiano.

Eccezionale. Un hotel completo. Ristoranti bar, piscine, sport, escursioni, attività creative per bambini e adolescenti di giorno e di sera. Un mare meraviglioso con una pineta infinita ricca di postazioni di "svago". Consigliatissimo.
