Een mooie B&B op ongeveer 10 minuten wandelen van de Menenpoort. Wij hadden een zeer ruime kamer. 's ochtends werd het ontbijt buiten op het terras geserveerd (het was dan ook heerlijk weer). Het ontbijt is royaal en lekker. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Parkeren (gratis) is op 2 minuten lopen. Echt een heel leuk adres.

Wij hadden een afspraak vastgelegd met een cadeaubon. Helaas moest ik wegens ziekte die dag (ziekenhuisopname) de wellness annuleren. Telefonisch verwittigde ik dat ik ziek was. De persoon van de wellness was niet bereikbaar, ik kreeg enkel iemand van de B&B aan de lijn die me ook niet kon doorverbinden. Deze persoon wist me niet te antwoorden op mijn vragen ivm annulatie. Na mailing achteraf bleek dat ik niet meer welkom was met mijn cadeaubon. Alle begrip voor de zaak, maar duidelijk geen wederzijds begrip. We keken ernaar uit om kennis te maken met deze wellness, en zijn enorm teleurgesteld dat we deze kans niet meer kregen.

Superleuke B&B. Kamer is mooi, ontbijt is heerlijk! Liebeth en Miguel zijn onwijs aardig, leuke mensen. Centrum is dichtbij. Gratis parkeren op 5 minuten loopafstand. Makkelijke uitvalbasis. Gelukkig weer een goed adres gevonden in Ieper. We komen zeker weer terug!

We had a wonderful stay at Yoake in Ypres. The room was really a suite, with a lounge area and a separate dining room for our delicious breakfast (eggs, bacon, fruit and yoghurt as well as fresh rolls and croissants). We also made the most of the spa, which you can book for two hours for yourselves. We loved the sauna and outdoor hot tub! It was a real treat on a damp day in the first week of January! Ypres was charming and we enjoyed wandering around, a walk around the ramparts, as well as visiting the Flanders Fields museum. Lots of the restaurants were closed but we found great places to eat -one of them recommended by Liesbet our host.

Nous avons découvert cet endroit grâce à l’offre parue dans le magasine Flair . L’ espace bien être était impeccable , propre et correspondait vraiment à nos attentes. La chambre était très cosi, avec un coin salon et une salle de douche . Tout était bien propre , lumineux . Nous avons eu un petit déjeuner servi en chambre qui est très bon . Les croissants et petits pains étaient encore tout chaud et délicieux . Nous avons pu choisir l’heure à laquelle nous voulions le petit déjeuner ! C’est du luxe ! Les gérants de l’établissement étaient aimables, accueillants et très chaleureux. Nous avons eu de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses afin de découvrir la région. Les massages font le plus grand bien, autant pour récupérer de la fatigue que du stress, on ne peut que conseiller de se laisser tenter. La plus grande surprise fut la gentillesse et la douceur du gardien qui joue également le rôle de mascotte des lieux et qui est nommé Carlos, une petite boule de poil qui vous fera fondre. Encore grand merci à Lisbeth et Miguel. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit . Alex et Jerry.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The room was very spacious with its own breakfast room. The breakfast which was delivered to us in the morning was superb. Parking was not an issue and the hosts excelled If we were to come back to Ypres we would definitely stay here, we can’t recommend it highly enough

Thank you Lisbet and Miguel, we had a fantastic stay in your beautiful property. The property is a very short walk to the centre of town, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable, we slept very well and were gently woken by the lovely church bells ringing out, breakfast was so good, and Lisbet and Miguel are such warm and friendly hosts. We hope to return.

We arrived a little early to find Miguel connected with us, we met him for check in. Miguel is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully simple, welcoming, clean and tidy. Which was more than we needed and could have asked for. We could’ve spent far more time in the room and been very comfortable if it wasn’t for the desire to explore the beautiful city of Ypres. Breakfast was a real treat. It was a prearranged time that was hand delivered to our room. We had no expectation of what this would be like, we were not disappointed. The quantity of food was more than enough, the quality of food was superb. We certainly needed our city walk after breakfast…. As we demolished it, it would have been criminal to waste any of the food. Thanks to Miguel and the team, we would not hesitate to come back and would go out of our way to recommend staying here.
