The most amazing stay and service. We have a new born baby and when we first arrived Thippiya made sure we had a suitable and special experience. We have been so looked after here. Special thanks to Zach also who made the best espresso martini I’ve ever had! So lovely and helpful, thank you so much to all of the staff we have had the best time and we definitely be coming back :)

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel. Our room was amazing, the staff are very helpful and food (breakfasts and Dinners) were superb. We had an Issue with air-con in our room and Venky and his colleague were so helpful and sympathetic and moved us to alternative room. Staff are so very friendly and helpful and work hard to keep customers happy, so thanks Venky and the Team. The Hotel is a stone throw away from Harbor with parking which makes all difference when dealing luggage for my self and my hubby and our elderly parents.

Bedroom so spacious, walk in shower to die for, bed so comfy as well as the pillows. Parking not great but it does tell you that on the website. In a great central location, highly recommend

Impressive old building, one of the finest in Poole. We were booked as a group in a private dining room. Nice wines, food good although small sized portions for the price. IE scallops as a starter circa £18.50, but only two rather than the usual three.

my son, had his wedding reception here yesterday. Himself & his wife stayed overnight, We had a meal 3 of us in the group, had the corn fed chicken which come with salad and mushrooms. The chicken was bone dry roughly 4 mushroom pieces. To top that there were vegetarian guests in the party, there was a halloumi dish on the menu. Which they were so looking forward to, only to be told they didnt have it. So opted for some other vegetarian dish. Considering that the alternative was classed as a main. There was probably 4 mouthfuls of food on the plate. A huge disappointment for a special day, also the amount of money paid for the food.

We visited this hotel last year for coffee and thought it very attractive and conveniently situated. So we booked for a two night stay this week. Firstly, the good things. Nice room (could do without the trendy bath in the window with two chairs placed for entertainment!). Very pleasant waiters at both dinner and breakfast. Good bartenders. BUT - the reception staff need some customer service training. The bald chap who insisted on checking whether we had used the hotels car park when I had told him we hadn’t! Very poor. The 2 scallops served (without bread) at dinner which required a supplement - come on! We felt the hotel offered poor value for money. It is also understaffed and we waited longer than was acceptable on occasion. We won’t be coming back.

Arrived at 4pm to a deserted hotel. Receptionist eventually turned up and showed me to my room which was stiflingly. hot. At this point it was explained to me without apology that the air conditioning was broken. Several further attempts during the stay to contact reception resulted in no answer. This does not necessarily reflect on the receptionist, I assume she was just too busy doing other tasks. The hotel looks lovely from the front but the rooms are in a motel like block behind and lack all character (see picture). For £258 per night without breakfast, the stay represented poor value for money. As a final warning a stupidity designed USB socket by the bed powers off with main the lights. This would have resulted in a dead phone, failed alarm and missed ferry had I not spotted it. The hotel like the USB was just a bit of a failure.
