Una stella per varie ragioni. Sul sito c’è scritto che hanno la colazione senza glutine su richiesta. All’arrivo abbiamo chiesto e ovviamente la risposta è stata “non abbiamo niente, la richiesta va fatta prima di arrivare”. Va bene ci può stare. Quindi il mio compagno si è mangiato i biscotti comprati da noi al supermercato. Inoltre chiedo se c’è un latte vegetale e nulla, io che sono intollerante al lattosio ho dovuto prendere delle pastiglie di lattasi per fare colazione. Passiamo alla sauna. Dopo una mattinata di camminata ci sembrava una buona idea per il pomeriggio. C’è scritto che l’orario di apertura è le 15. Ma chissà per quale motivo decidono di aprire dopo, alle 16. All’orario scendiamo a chiedere e ci viene detto che ci vuole un ora perché si scaldi e che va prenotata. Ah e costa 10€ a testa. Addetto anche stizzito mentre gli si chiedevano spiegazioni; ha affermato “eh ma non siamo una spa noi”. Certo, quindi perché offrite un servizio che non volete erogare? Guardando dentro la sauna per curiosità, dato che ci era stato comunque detto che era prenotata tutto il pomeriggio, era piena di muffa e abbiamo sinceramente preferito rinunciare. Ps. In sauna non c’era nessuno. Forse chi aveva prenotato è scappato pure lui. Per fortuna abbiamo fatto solo una notte. Almeno dalla camera c’era una bella vista.

Reinfall Das Zimmer war einfach und kalt, Zusatzkissen Decken, Utensilien nichts vorhanden, der Schrank war leer, Balkon 1 Stuhl für zwei, Frühstücks(büffet) war sehr klein und wenig Auswahl. Restaurant geschlossen. Für den Preis überteuert, werden nicht mehr das buchen.

Im Rahmen unseres Betriebsausfluges ins Südtirol mit 27 MitarbeiterInnen wurde uns trotz Buchung und Reservierung die Halbpension kurzfristig abgesagt. Weiters war der zuständige Mitarbeiter anfangs nicht bereit, uns nach 22.00 Uhr Getränke an der Bar auszuschenken. Retter in der Not war der gegenüberliegende Mendelhof (ist sehr zu empfehlen). Unsere Reklamationen gegenüber dem Assistenten und der 81-jährigen Eigentümerin wurden großteils ignoriert. Insgesamt war das Personal (ausgenommen Rezeptionistin und Frühstückspersonal) sehr unfreundlich und unflexibel. Zudem haben mehrere MitarbeiterInnen heute über Stiche, vermutlich durch Bettwanzen, geklagt. Vom Besuch dieses Hotels ist unbedingt abzuraten!

Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.

Personale molto accogliente e stanze molto accoglienti, pulito in ordine e l’hotel è in un posto tranquillo e fuori città la calma e l’ambiente ti da una sensazione di benessere. I Pasti sono sufficienti e puoi trovare tanta scelta anche per la colazione!

No, no and no !! but how can we give laudatory "opinions" on this establishment from another age (to be avoided) where EVERYTHING is outdated, in mothballs - including, already, the welcome, then the hygiene and the absolute poverty of the little one? lunch - (except the price of the night!!); sinister restaurant closed although included in the published criteria. Nothing was, near or far, worthy of its usurped, false classification; and we therefore "spent" a negative moment in this bad house which illustrates what can spoil a great Italian vacation; with, in addition, and manifest FAULT of the hotelier, a violent fall in the UNSAFE shower area which left painful and worrying after-effects: in short: A BIG MEMORABLE FAIL!!!!!!
