Hotel Abirami Residency

Location, food and amenities are super. Parking facilities and over all service is good. Would love to stay again in the future.

I stayed here for 2 nights with family. Location is really good, 10 min walk to rock beach. Room was neat and clean, had all amenities mentioned. Service was good.

The hotel was good overall. Clean rooms, pretty hygienic, everything was functioning properly. Staff were also courteous.

The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, with a fantastic view of the skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a luxurious rainfall shower. However, i did feel that some of the furniture was a bit dated, which detracted slightly from the otherwise contemporary feel of the room. The free wi-fi was fast and reliable. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was spotless. The common areas were well-maintained, and the cleaning staff was very discreet and professional. I never had any concerns about hygiene during my stay.

We stayed in superior room. Our stay was average as there was no hot water, no wi fi and no mat in the room. When we are about to checkout at 12pm(as per hotel policy, someone from reception called as said that we are staying in second day and said we checked in at 10 am previous day(but actually we checked in at 1 pm. Rest all are good especially breakfast is very good.

The experience i am describing is based on my experience alone, not speaking for everyone else: i booked this hotel a day before for my family because we had a sudden plan to go here and we only spent a day here because we travel-led back home the next day. The hotel expexts you clear room by 12:00pm but only let's check-in by 1:00pm. Despite this policy, i was asked to wait when i reached the hotel past 4:00pm. Although the wait was not long, waiting when you paid 3k plus for a room, it seems that we are neglected. When it comes to vegetarian food, it is cheap and the taste is decent. Location is good, but in-would suggest everyone to park their cars in the hotel parking and travel by public transport because it is much easier traveling that way than taking the car out as the hotel is a first come first serve car parking system. You can only park so many cars in the basement and the designated parking nearby the hotel
