I booked a deluxe triple room as I was visiting with my family. While making the payment, I clearly mentioned that I needed an early check-in, and during the booking process, they assured me that early check-in would be allowed since it was a weekday. However, upon arrival, they demanded an extra charge for early check-in.
The room was not clean at all, and the washroom was in poor condition, lacking a stand for toiletries. The bedsheets were torn and unclean. When I requested a change, they simply folded the same bedsheet and gave it back to me.
I would not recommend this hotel for families, as it lacks basic amenities—there is no lift, the washrooms are unclean, and the staff does not maintain hygiene. Even after raising concerns, they did not address them or clean the room properly, yet they charged the full amount.

Hotel arunik inn was a comfortable stay with minimal facilities. Hotel does not have an in house restaurant. Rooms are old and small in size. Bathrooms are basic. Considering the ny and holiday time, the room prices do not justify the pricing and hence not a value stay option. At other times of the year, it may be a value stay option. Its centrally located and thats the only good part about the hotel as its accessible to all white town places including popular cafes and restaurants.

This hotel is located in center of the city (white town) & is easily accessible to all visiting places like ganesha temple, aurobindo ashram, rock beach, ab etc. Hotel staffs are very kind & cooperative. Though the check in time was 12 pm, they allowed us to do early check in. Best hotel for families. If you are opting for family room, be aware that it’s located in 3rd floor & there is no lift.
