No breakfast/ coffee is available
no kettle to heat water also the bill provided doesn't cover the entire stay bill. Almost rs. 2000 is short in the bill provided won't suggest anyone to stay in this place as it is very expensive

This hotel is very far from white town, however staffs are friendly but if you are tamil speaking. Rooms are average, bathroom were clean

there is no lobby to sit. no proper reception. staff behaviour was not good. the room was average.

Uncomfertable. Matresses. Too soft matresses with good rooms. Byte rooms would have a smell of smoke. No separate smoking rooms. Restaurant have very limited options for vegeterians. Overall average stay with slightly more cost.

I had booked a standard room and had plans of working from room too, so i had booked a room with sofa and comfort for my wife too. The reception people seemed suspicious in the beginning itself and they gave the last corner room with a very small bathroom and the room had space for just a double bed. I went to the reception to inform that this was not the room i booked and they got scared that they were caught and then showed me the original room i had booked. I just felt bad about this behaviour and wasnt sure if they were planning to rent out my room later to somebody else. The reception guy also told me that i would be charged extra if i moved beds around. This was very cheap behaviour and i felt like they had some scam going on. I recommend people to cross check your booked rooms with the photos you have seen.
