1) The front desk managers are not worth at all to be there. They are not at all welcoming and are very rude. They are not at all guest friendly. I insisted to talk to Duty Manager or Property manager but was always told that they are not available. Their attitude is like 3 star budget hotel. They dont believe in good hospitality or customer satisfaction. 2) Beach/Bay Property - This hotel is not at all a beach Property and the beach is almost a km away from the back gate of the hotel. There is no beach front or direct access to the beach. You have to take the common road to go to the beach. There are no shacks at the beach or any sort of entertainment on the beach. Not a good or popular beach among Tourist or even the local. The water is also not clean. 3) Lagoon View - We had booked Lagoon View room and there is no lagoon view from the room or you can compare it to Birbal ki khichdi. When asked about the lagoon view from the room, i was told that you need to walk 100 mtrs in garden and then you can see the lagoon. Have attached photograph also. 4) Mosquitoes and Ants - There are so much mosquitoes, Ants & other insects in the room and property. We had gone there with our Infant and it was impossible to even have a walk as the whole property was full of Mosquitoes not only in the dark but also in day time. They had put some efforts by smogging in the evening but that could also not help for putting mosquitoes away. 5) Upgrade for Radission Premier member - As a premier member of Radission group, we also wish for free Upgrade (1 level higher category) if higher category rooms available but there they denied it very clearly. When we asked for Paid upgrade, they were asking 35% more than the actual difference between those category. After negotiating with them for atleast 30 minutes they came down to the actual difference i.e (Room rent of higher category - amount already paid). We only wished to upgrade as we have booked Lagoon view but there was no lagoon view from the room. Also, even with the Paid upgrade of our room from Lagoon view to Pool Villa, no front desk person even came to assist to change our room. We had to do all by our own. 6) Transportation - The property is away from the Main town and if you do not have your own Car it would be very difficult to commute. The hotel charges roughly ₹5000/- (one way) from the hotel to main town which is roughly 10kms away. As it is away from the main town or other property or tourist destination, Uber and Ola drivers dont prefer to pick or drop (will ask extra fare). 7) House Keeping - It is also very poor and even the cleaning staff coming to the room will not take away dirty utensils unless told otherwise. Even if you keep used plates outside the room, they wont take it even for days. 8) Food and Restaurants- The only thing in the property that was good. The food was really good even for buffer Breakfast and also Ala carte Lunch/Dinner. The food was priced a bit high but you can also g
