Situated near white town, this property offers cozy and comfortable classic rooms, with suite and balcony rooms being great options as well. It’s ideal for groups, featuring separate ac lounges. The breakfast is enjoyable, though the south indian dishes could be improved.

The room & stay was just okay, nothing fancy. Overall it was a bad experience. To start with - they don't have enough car parking space, the hotel is just an apartment with very congested/limited parking space. They had their guests park the cars blocking other cars that we had to literally wait for 15 min for somebody to come and move the cars so that we can take ours out of the parking. 2nd - we had selected a room with a side / extra bed as we were traveling with our kid, we only asked for an extra blanket + pillow and the staff outright refused saying they don't have extra blankets and cannot provide one. They said the blanket is there on the double bed (double bed size itself was a joke, how can they expect 3 people to sleep on that small double bed and share the only blanket they had provided? i requested if they can arrange a blanket from any other unoccupied room but they simply kept refusing. Zero courtesy and zero regard for customer service. 3rd - morning at 7:15 we requested to provide tea and a cup of milk for the kid for which also they simply refused saying the tea/coffee will be served ***** with the breakfast after 8:30. Then while checking out, nobody even cared to help carry the luggage, we had to carry our luggage down from 3rd floor to parking (no staff available, and whoever the housekeeping staff were there, they happily watched us carry our bags but didn't even bother to offer help. I mean this was the worst hotel experience we've ever had and we are a well traveled family but this la papillon hospitality was something on a completely negative levels. I don't know what kind of people are running this hotel but they have zero regards and zero care for their customers' comfort and hospitality. Would never recommend this to anyone ever. Not worth the money you pay and not worth anything at all.

Good hotel. An excellent hotel : first the cons- 1. Location residential and misses the excitement of stay. 2. The restaurant serves continental for dinner or lunch and not ok for indian. Pros: 1. Aesthetically designed rooms, bathrooms. 2. The restaurant serves continental as well as south indian for break fast. Restaurant staff superb. 3. Staff minimal but all are extremely polite. 4. Elan at front desk excellent.

Rooms were clean, good and spacious. The breakfast was really good! this is a newly opened hotel. The management team over there also were polite and accommodative. Overall a really good stay!
