Fijn hotel dicht bij het strand, en auto kon in parkeergarage.vriendelijke staff mooi complex met skybar en goed zwembad.ontbijt uiteraard niet volgens Nederlandse standaard maar dat is "normaal" in de states ;-)

This was our second time staying at this location. It has changed since our last stay which was two years ago. The location is great. It is not what you usually expect from a Hilton experience. We don't expect anything fancy from the breakfast, but this was beyond terrible. We are early risers; we were there by 6:15 and the sausage was already cold. The bread was at least a day old. There was no microwave for you to use to try and salvage your meal. The area was not as clean as it should be. Just very disappointed. The other thing that caught us off guard was that we didn't even have a microwave or a small coffee pot in the room. That seems very unusual. If it had not been for the location, I don't think we would have stayed there. It is a real shame that a Hilton does not care more about the way it was presenting to its guests. It certainly was not a discounted room rate. Just something to think about if you are making a reservation. I don't think we will stay here again when visiting family. It is a shame that it has not lived up to its reputation.

The AC is the room was malfunctioning and super loud. I requested maintenance but nobody came. I requested another room but told they were full. Terrible!!!!! I'll stick with Marriott from now on.

Room smelled of mold even had to get new towels. Tried to switch rooms but nothing was available. Hallways were so dirty there was a press on finger nail on the carpet for 2 days. Never again would stay at a Tru Hotel it’s crazy it has a Hilton name. Only positive was front desk staff was friendly

Pros - Pretty clean, convenient location, great view in some rooms, good breakfast. Rooftop bar food and view were very good. The parking situation has improved since our last visit and was easy to use this time. Cons - Rooms are incredibly small with no storage (hooks on the wall, no drawers or closet). No coffee makers in rooms. Housekeeping doesn’t come if your Do Not Disturb is there in the morning but removed later. Took dirty towels but didn’t replace when they did clean. Front Desk was not helpful on some issues. NOTE: This property is shared with a Home2 Suites. Worth the extra money to stay in those rooms. Breakfast and front desk are shared.

Where do I start?
The hotel building itself looks nice, and the morning receptionist was pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The afternoon receptionist (not the skinny one) was unfriendly.
Breakfast – Awful. We tried it on the first day and could barely take more than two bites.
Pool area – Consistently dirty. They only “clean” it once a day, and it shows.
Check-in experience – We were on a waiting list to get our room early, along with 6–8 other guests. We were #4 on the list, but somehow ours was the last to be ready—20 minutes after the official 3 p.m. check-in time.
Housekeeping – Easily the worst part of our stay. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The floors were sticky, the shower had mold in several spots, and there were hairs in both the shower and on the floor. The desk lamp was literally hanging by its electrical cables.
This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The cleanliness and service are well below standard. We will never stay there again!!

Loved the 2nd floor pool deck (with hot tub) overlooking the ocean. How beautiful!!! From the game room to the rooftop bar to the free breakfast and the quick walk to the pier and many restaurants, shops, and beachside, there was something for everyone in my family to enjoy!!! Also, ALL of the staff was great!!
