Very old room with stained carpet and bathroom full of mold you couldn't breathe. We just couldn't wait to go back home. Not to mention that the hotel layout was a non logical maze where to get from our room to the restaurant we had to go up 3 floors get to another wing to them go down 1 floor...

July 2025 The hotel is OK, staff are not chatty or particularly helpful. Smoking is a real issue here, we wanted to sit outside for our meals but there were a lot of people who smoked, even in the rooms i woke up one morning and could smell smoke in the room, i went out in the corridor and it stank. There are two pools, the busy one closest to the hotel ( this is because it serves cocktails and beers) the other pool only serves fruit just, hot drinks and wine, you can get freshly squeezed orange juice between the times of 9:30 am and 10: 30am and then an hour in the afternoon, the staff prepare it earlier so can be warm when you get it. Not many staff understand much English. It is built up around the hotel but has a water park 5 min max walk away which was brilliant. Please make sure your littles ones can swim and that you supervise them at all times in the pool, we found the lifeguards sleep a lot or on their phones. We also saw the lifeguard clean the side if the pool with bleach, a lot of our swimwear is now green. The pools are cold. We were a family of 5 and had two rooms, the one room ran out of shampoo and conditioner, we had to ask 4 times, the fourth time being more forceful to get them filled up. Bathroom tiles had mould and shower could of been cleaner. Food was good, plenty of choice, there was a lot of pork. The fresh bar offers pizza, hotdogs, fries and burgers. Don't buy anything from the shops near to the hotel, walk a little in towards town and it ALOT cheaper. Nessebar is a nice day out, sunny beach is like Benidorm. Entertainment were ok but not many places to sit outside, make sure you take mosquito spray with you. There are cats around but all were friendly.

We are right there with those who want to keep this place a secret. The hotel provided us with everything we needed to have a great time. Clean rooms and area, friendly staff, awesome animation. Big thanks to Stefan, Lea and Hris! We will dance with you in our thoughts. :) The food was tasty enough to gain some weight. The music didn't bother us at all. On the contrary, it made our days brighter and stopped at night just in time to sleep tight and peacefully. We definitely hope to come back. Thanks a million to everyone there! ☺️

We stayed at Festa Via Pontica for a few days and really enjoyed it. The staff at the reception were super friendly and always ready to help - it made a great first impression. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned regularly during our stay, which we really appreciated. It just felt easy and relaxing. The location is great too - close to the beach and perfect for a summer getaway. All in all, a lovely place to stay. We'd definitely come back!

Just got home after staying 7 nights here with the family and it was an amazing holiday. Literally covered everything we need from nice rooms great food and great selection of drinks and snacks. All the staff work so hard and especially the entertainments team (Peter, Hrizz, Lea, Stefan, Yoni, Natali) who really made our holiday special with fun amd games and dancing. They always go above and beyond even on their day off, our 13 year old daughter loved it and we all did so big thank you to them Good for all ages so definitely a hotel i recommend and would revist

The rooms are dusty, the air conditioning rarely works, water shuts off on its own completely, the food is bland and cold, the staff are cold and emotionless, observed restaurant staff dropping cutlery on the floor and placing it back on the table for the next family, people smoke in the restaurant and the staff say nothing, the hotel itself is a maze with no real indications of how to get around. Me and my partner also had an unpleasant experience, my partner was asleep in the room on her own and a male member of the reception staff decided to let himself into our room without our consent to and I quote ‘check our safe’ a safe that we wasn’t even using. There’s only one bar and limited seating after 6pm not enough for the traffic in the hotel by a long shot. The pools are cold and refreshing but filled with bugs and shrubbery as there is for some reason a tree in the center of the pool. The animation entertainment team are however friendly and bubbly and the only presence in this hotel that doesn’t make me want to jump off of my balcony head first

The entertainment is good but sadly it so very very loud, we have had to close all our windows and still it is so loud we cannot get children asleep. With no regard for family’s with small children, this is definitely not family friendly at night time We will to be going back to the via Pontiac in pomoria
